I do not hate Putin or Russia. Why would I? They care about self-interest, which includes their history and borders.

Durham makes allegations that make Watergate look like small potatoes.

Watergate was small potatoes. Nixon handled it wrong. I guess people who wanted to believe the Russia hoax did. Serious criminality involved though. It was an attempted insurrection by Clinton's people which continued after the election. 

It's a manufactured "crisis."  The US, excepting the Biden's corruption, has nothing to do with the Ukraine.

The term is a new one for me, but it is not a new term. It's about illusory relationships.

I learned the term from a post about Joe Rogan. Apparently people experience him as a friend. 

I suppose that, in the social media and etc. world, parasocial relationships are far more common than in the past. All the lonely people...

 The C.D.C. describes medium-rare hamburgers as “undercooked” and dangerous. The agency also directs Americans to avoid raw cookie dough and not to eat more than a teaspoon or so of salt every day. And the C.D.C. tells sexually active women of childbearing age not to drink alcohol unless they are on birth control.

If you happen to be somebody who engages in any of these risky activities, I have some bad news for you this morning: You apparently do not believe in following the science.

No reason to give the rescue guys this much trouble. But the weather report was wrong.

Captains know how to run ships and boats, but they do not necessarily know every harbor or port by heart.

Still waiting for a serious reason to even threaten military action in Ukraine. The Ukraine has been part of the Russian Empire for centuries. Just raising the notion of Ukraine joining (obsolete) NATO is foolish, and will never happen but Putin is right not to like the idea of US military on the Russian border. Who would?

Anyway polls (who knows?) say that at least half of Ukrainians would be happy to be part of Russia's orbit. Not my circus, not my monkeys.

Scott Adams has a solution to the "crisis" at the 23-minute point in his podcast. 

I do not find the case highly persuasive, but it seems to come down to geopolitical games.
