I think Rogan's arch-critics are trying out a bunch of different tactics to see what might cause injury. Now, apparently all of Joe's listeners are Sad Bastards that don't have any friends, that's , that's why he's successful - his fans are defective, emotional deficients etc.etc. Nope.

His critics are bent on destroying his brand, but they are residents in a cage of their own fashioning. I guess it is inconceivable to them that an array of people with a wide range of beliefs and values could enjoy listening to a 2-3 hour discussion with new ideas, creative thinking, wild-ass bullshit, breaking issues, and so on, all purveyed by someone who really doesn't understand his own wild success, but has decided to just go with the flow.

I've listened to maybe a double handful of podcasts over the years, selected on the basis of who the guest was (some I had never heard of), and finished most of them. A few I shut down out of boredom - just wasn't that interested, or thought that Rogan was asking stupid questions, or even pandering to his guest. But I have also taken in a few that I enjoyed greatly.
