They will first organize to write laws,lobby congress to pass those laws and then they will begin to do to the internet what they have done to every business and industry in this country..they'll fuck it up. It is too big for them to ignore. They'll be cases in the future that are as ridiculous as the one the woman filed against the RV manufacturer of her RV. While driving the RV she set the cruise control speed control and then proceeded to go take a nap. The RV crashed. She sued. She won. Seems the owners manual didn't spell out that the drive needed to stay in the drivers seat and steer the RV.......that's waiting to happen in the Interent world. Whoring Luddite Lawyers will end up turning a great tool into a tarbaby for litigation.
