We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

Tito the Builder

There are so many fine, energetic Americans who do not spend their time figuring out how to get free stuff: they spend their time figuring out how to do stuff. No self-respecting person really wants to be a parasite, although the socialist mind-set tries to persuade us that we're entitled and should not be ashamed of being greedy takers.

Well, we had Joe the Plumber, Cory Miller the Well-Driller, and now we have Tito the Builder (I lost the link to that hairdresser gal in Ohio with a similar view):

Tito gets to the heart of the matter. Dependency!

The Democrats know that people will not bite the hand that feeds them because they can't afford to take the risk.

Tito rightly says that the Democrats will give people their little handouts while they entrench themselves in power and continue to live large. Who cares about opportunity, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Keep everyone at the bottom of Maslow's hierarchy of needs - survival. What a bunch of evil people!

Obama lets his illegal alien aunt live in a project and his brother in Kenya live in squalor. Obama and Biden given almost nothing to charity. They want both want what they have and believe they are entitled to it. Elitist scum is what they are. They call out their dogs to attack these folks who speak out and mock them because they did get the socialist indoctrination in college that they did. Give me Joe the Plumber, Tito the Builder and Cory the Well Driller.

Maybe you have to go to Harvard to become so stupid? I have met lots of really dumb well educated people. (Don't get me wrong. I am all for education - education with school choice. Flush the socialist teacher's union down the drain so that the teachers who actually work get paid.)

Sorry for the rant, but I am getting sick of the arrogant jerks and the morons who believe what they say. Obama, show me your birth certificate or go back to Kenya. Enough already.

Nah - nice rant Barrett. Obama has center stage for now... but eventually the man behind the curtain will be exposed for who he really is. Let's just hope it isn't too late by then.
