We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.
My only concern is the danger of that confetti load. Won't that damage the Environment? What if the confetti isn't biodegradable? Or causes Global Warming?
Their other loads seem very fine, though, and intriguing in many ways. A shotgun, in fact, is a far more serious weapon than a handgun for 99% of life's possible heavy-duty problems, but is a bit more difficult to conceal. When young 'uns aren't around, I keep one loaded (12 ga. pump, buckshot) and handy, just like my ancestors in CT did. You hope you never need it, but you use it with righteous force if you ever do because I hear from Vergil that there is still room in Motel Hell for bad guys.
You can get those PC t-shirts here. The wording is "Should be a convenience store, not a government agency."
I wonder what those flechette rounds do as they rattle down your barrel. Maybe not so good. Though I should try the flares. Preferably in a location where I won't burn down 50,000 acres of National Forest...
I had several operatives with me in Vietnam that used flechette rounds which are perfect for the jungle. They never noted any oddities from there use other than dead gooks.
I mentioned it's always good to have some or all of these options available, slung on your bandoleer. I usually load the frangible "door knocker" first. It will just pepper the perp and terribly confuse him. The next round kills him almost at your leisure.
Another site, Cheaper than Dirt sells flechette's by the pound for reloading. Take a gander.
Enjoy the flamethrower too. It's especially good for smaller class sailboat racing where you want to spill some air off the competitors sails. The rules committee usually will take a look at the practice as unsportsmanlike but hey .... just rack another round and they soon see the world differently.
Cheaper than Dirt is great. Them and Midway USA. Brownell's, too. They all send me so many 3 in. thick catalogs that I won't need any kindling for this winter. Maybe I can do without splitting a cord of firewood, too.
Speaker Nancy Pelosi has announced she will return to the ME next week.
Can anyone doubt that she is not conducting a sub rosa US foreign policy inimical to US interests? The State Dept should insist that she be escorted on the trip and have a fairly high ranking member sit in on all discussion with Syrain et. Al. If she is conducting foreign policy she is in violation of her oath of office and subject to criminal charges of Treason.
Similar to the 1984 "Dear Commandante " letter signed by the top Democratic leadership before that years election she is undermining US policy by promising the enemy goodies if they'll just play ball with the Democrats.
