As far as Cheney, okay, unfortunate coincidence that the VP used to head up the world's only international infrastructure-builder/repairer that can also understand all phases of oilfield needs, and can deliver the know-how, equipment, and labor force.

Lastly--most importantly, look at their (highly scrutinized) books--look at their ROE for the OIF related work.
