Maggie's FarmWe are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for. |

Wait till you see how much it costs when it's all free. Is the West still capable of keeping its maritime trade routes functioning? Old Rule of Thumb: If there's a question in a headline, the answer is "No." Remember the rule. The IRS is very, very real. Worcester v. Providence: Is Downtown Revitalization the Sum of Urban Revitalization? Frying pan/fire revitalization. Hotels: Occupancy Rate Decreased 0.8% Year-over-year Maybe Canadians aren't coming because of Trump. Maybe they're not coming because they have no money. It's a pickem. Real Estate Certifications vs. Licenses: What’s the Difference? My last realtor was a certified lunatic. Mean tweets strike again. There Will Be Fewer Kids Going Back to School The chart infers that three and four year olds are school age. Women aren't having them, and don't want much to do with them after, either. Should scientists be allowed to bring distant human ancestors back to life? My current opinion on scientists is that they shouldn't be allowed out of their homes without a shock collar. Is the west still capable of keeping its maritime trade routes functioning? The problem is that the US has been doing 80+% of the work while being far less dependent on the maritime trade routes than all of the rest of the world.
Adress the freeloader problem first. Canadian here. I can verify that the reason is lack of disposable income. It's shocking how many Canadians are living on just one meal a day. It's only getting worse under globalist bankster Carney. The country replaced Trudeau with his globalist WEF boss just to spite Trump. We sure showed him! LOL
Why bring back distant human ancestors when a trip to the mall or a Carnival cruise provides ample opportunity for study?
There appears to be a worldwide conspiracy to kill conservative politicians, i.e politicians opposed to the far left/communist wave of politicians that are bent on destroying the left. Mysteriously 9 prominent German conservative politicians have died in the last few months. Conservative politicians in South America, Asia and Africa have also been assassinated or died under strange circumstances. And then there are the two would be assassins who tried to shoot Trump. Officially very little is known about them but unofficially both seem to have strange ties to one world left wing activists. Why is this secret? In fact the thing that kind of ties all of these incidents together is that the various governments and law enforcement agencies are intentionally hiding these connections. It is odd to me that a comedian can make a joke on social media and get arrested within hours but someone like George Soros can pay for murder and mayhem but nothing happens to him.
I'm sure it's all just coincidence. 'By any means necessary' has always been the motto of committed Marxists. If you're playing by the rules they will beat you over the head with them. Surely by now we should be playing them at their own game. It seems we never learn...
re There Will Be Fewer Kids Going Back to School
Unfortunately there will be no tax relief for the proles. Government entities will never stand for their revenue stream being reduced. The World War Two bomber that cost more than the atomic bomb
The Boeing B-29 was the most advanced bomber of World War Two, and more expensive to design and build than the atomic bombs it dropped. It also helped influence the airliners we fly on today. https://www.bbc.com/future/article/20250829-the-bomber-that-became-ww2s-most-expensive-weapon The most devastating ordinance that the B-29 dropped were the incendiaries. They burned most of wooden Japan and Tokyo in particular to the ground. In fact at first the Japanese thought the atomic bomb attacks were a new form of napalm or fire bombing. I know the entire history of the war and the simple fact that Japan had no interest in surrender so I am not moralizing. If you have never seen the animated film 'Grave of the Fireflies' I highly recommend it. It's one of those movies you only watch once...
Just a follow up. It's not that you've survived the attack. It's the fact there are now no hospitals, no food, you don't know where your loved ones are or if they're alive, everyone around you is desperate and angry. That's when the real horror of war begins...
'May God save us, if it is right that he should do so.' I wouldn't ask A.I. about that one. The thing...well, it's just a thing. ;)
Glad to see you're back up and running.
Wayyyyy back in the day I'd start my day with Maggies farm, Drudge and Instapundit to see which way the wind's blowing. Drudge is long gone wrong,Pundit's still around and reasonably sound but I was worried about you. Is everything total fake... well, close enough for government and MSM work.
Fewer kids going back to school... but, higher prices of course as 'quantity discount' goes away. Fund the student and the gaming goes away. Mpls dems... and now they have a Somali autism scandal to go along with the Somali food scandal. But the local multi-cults will find a way to look away. Perhaps I am the only one who has noticed it's not Bird Dog - yet.
Worcester vs Providence. I know both cities and am interested, but the article is 12 years old.
