Maggie's FarmWe are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for. |

By the way - reminder - view "Defending Your Life" - one of my favorite Albert Brooks great ones. I feel it treats how I approach my own situation now... Trackbacks

The wife and I were in Eleuthera, Bahamas some years ago and had a great time during February while not missing the snow and cold of Minnesota. I like the laid back life in the out islands.
I have heard of the Ivermectin treatment for cancer along with the use of two other drugs used in conjunction. Good luck with your treatment protocol. I, too, have started to see it more commonly.
Professionals are still largely keeping it low engine - but it IS growing. Because MAYBE it IS working. I've read small tests. But professionals consider it "dangerous" so many journalists, who commonly lie regularly, are doing the same on items like this - much like they did regarding Covid and its overall impact and "resulting" which was later well proven as mostly BS. I am an RN and have read many articles about ivermectin’s effects in cancer treatment as well as fenbendazole and methylene blue. Please consider !
Thank you. It is being raised with me now in a major professional, as is my Covid Vaccine information.
I will fight ALL of this nonsense when and where I can. Democrats and Fauci to finally face destruction, we can hope. Hang in there BD.
Pace yourself. Enjoy what you can do, let go the rest. Everyday you can put your boots on in the morning is a good day. Blogger JJ Sefton at Ace of Spades looks to be in the same boat.
QUOTE: After suffering some sort of seizure back in February, while the initial MRI and spinal tap showed nothing, a subsequent MRI this past Friday evidently seems to indicate that I might have some sort of brain tumor/growth that would require immediate attention. As in surgery. https://ace.mu.nu/archives/409087.php#409087 This Christian minster has penned a marvelous rant encouraging you and everyone to question these taxes you so dutifully pay and question where all the money goes. Why can't the govt. creatures repair anything and are always crying another shutdown if you don't pay even more? Worth sharing!
https://newswithviews.com/kneeling-before-tyrants/ Technically, I've ALWAYS overpaid in the past. Today, for the first time in over 30 years, I'm owed...until I found 2 MASSIVE errors.
1. I am now receiving a pension starting early last year. It is small monthly, mainly to cover state and Fed taxes by overpaying that portion in advance. The Accountant MISSED this originally but is now fixed and outset properly so both my state and Fed OWE me one more time, though considerably smaller. 2. I am still OWED a massive salary right off - as I had $12,000 stolen in a very long explaining error I made 2 years ago in an a retirement example. The government now REFUSES to adjust this but I can get it fixed (presumably) after 2025 I am told by the accountant IF information changes. I suspect it will over time. Government is strongly broken in about 200 ways every year. Bulldog - am in Canada but is my experience that ze gov is really quick to take one's money but very slow to acknowledge errors and return same. Have an offspring who is a senior tax manager in firm and kid's comments about Canada Revenue Agency are sulphurous, to say the least. In my own small practice, am having to deal with some serious nasties caused by CRA incompetence. have not heard the IRS is any better.
