Maggie's Farm

We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

Some people who visit Maggie's Farm might be pleased to see female pilots. But I'm not. For feminists, becoming a pilot is a step towards obtaining political power. Pilots have stripes, and in the military those stripes mean a lot. So now we have lots of military girls, with lots of stripes. And they want girls to run the show exclusively from now on. So we're facing a feminist socialist revolution, and believe me, those female pilots are part of it. From now on, it's all about stripes.

One thing that women really hate about capitalism is the fact that people have to compete. There is even a famous song by the group "Boston" about this, it's called "Peace of Mind".

Women believe that taking choices away from people will make them happier, but of course it won't. Taking choices away means that everything becomes a monopoly. America is full of huge corporations who don't have to compete anymore, and who pay no taxes. So the women in Washington increase payroll taxes on helpless workers to make up the shortfall. It's absolutely criminal. And what's really criminal is that all of the new media "platforms" available to entertainers are rigged. The artist gets one percent of the revenue, and the company gets ninety nine percent. That's robbery in broad daylight. And what's worse is that Washington D.C. is allowing a takeover of the internet by companies like Sony and Apple who will scan everybody's private communications for signs of "intellectual property crime". Neither private companies nor the government has the right to scan personal communications in order to protect private property. Just so you know, not many years ago, the Police needed a warrant to wiretap phone calls. It's called the Fourth Amendment. I'm not sure, but I don't think it's been cancelled.

So I'll tell the ladies in Washington something: You have no idea how close America is to a complete and total collapse. No more Police, or Office Buildings, or Hospitals, or Supermarkets.
We'll go back in time two hundred years. And it will take another two hundred years to recover. Do you want that? Do you want your kids to grow-up like animals? If you don't, then face reality: Hard men have to do a hard job, if America is to be saved. So go home, and stay there.

It shouldn't be a story. Why is it a story. Because someone decided that all of "you" troglodytes had to be put in your place. The problem is it is counter productive. You see "we" troglodytes see this for what it is, it is patronizing, a poke in the eye, a sucker pucn, a knee to the nuts. Why? Because of sexism pure and simple. No! Not on the part of the troglodytes out there but on the part of the people who keep putting this tripe out there.

My mother was my hero. Not because she was a woman or the first mother or any of the neo-PC reasons. Because of what she did day in and day out to raise her children. My father was my hero. Not because he was a man, but because of what he did day in and day out to raise his children.

If you make the story all about race, gender or sexual orientation and poke it in our face it pisses us off. Why continue this forced re-education against our will?

I don't blame the pilots. I'm sure they are good pilots and are sincere; they were used. Simple as that. They were used to make all of use troglodytes pay for our troglodyte nature. There is an ongoing belief by the left that we poorly educated (must be poorly educated or we wouldn't believe in god, family and country) need to punished and sent to re-education camps and then maybe we will fit into the new world order. But all they are doing is pissing us off and creating opposition.

It's more than all that. I grew up in the 40's and 50's. Everyone I knew struggled. Life was hard, everyone had to step up and take it on. Every woman I knew, my aunts, grandmothers, mother, friends mother, teachers, workers, every woman I knew was tough and strong and could do anything they needed to to survive. Same with the men. The same with the blacks and other minorities. Black families worked hard, were honest, their children were respectful and finished school. I never doubted that a minority or a woman could do "the job" whatever that job was. The downfall began in the 60's, mostly thanks to President Johnson and Senator Kennedy. But it accelerated in the 90's and since to the point where now gender, race, etc. is weaponized against the right. NOT because those on the right are sexists/racists or whatever BUT because it works. It creates a political trump card that can be played to win. THAT is why we get these daily and hourly lessons on how backward thinking we all are. NOT because we are backward thinking, hell it doesn't even matter what we think, the trump cards trumps all else. It is being used against us while at the exact same time we willingly embrace it to show how good we are.

My question is always , are they the best pilots ? Or just the best girl pilots ? Is it the best doctor or the best black doctor, the best engineer or the best black , Chicana, transvestite, engineer ?
