Maggie's Farm

This story is a joke for several reasons. First of all, what the government calls an "education" is really just hundreds of hours wasted. The students are fed horse manure, and then they are tested to see if they remember it. Secondly, a test can't be "adjusted" for each student. If it is, then it's not a test. It's just a record of political compliance. Female teachers in American schools always give girls better grades than boys. But there's no proof, because the grade that a student receives for the class is based on mystical factors, like "attitude" and
"disadvantage". The grade is random, and completely up to the teacher's discretion. Finally, the government does not disclose what is being tested. It should be things like history, culture, art, and music. But in reality, they only test for math skills, spelling, logic, and attitude. It's a political test. So the "pass rate" is meaningless. Most kids know that 2+2=4. But they don't know the ingredients for an English trifle. So with an easy test, grade accommodation, and automatic university entrance for every student, there's no reason for the government to worry: almost all of the students are theoretically passing. The kids didn't learn anything of value, but that's not the point. The point of school is to keep the kids dumb and passive, to provide job security for the union teachers, and to feed suckers into the University system, where they will also learn nothing.

Do Americans really want academic freedom? Fine. Stop sending children to the union schools. Create Church Schools which teach useful subjects. Psychology, Philosophy, Cooking, Parenting, Citizenship, and American History. That's what the kids really need. Not algebra. A good Church School You-Tube channel would show people how it's supposed to be done.
