Simple cure - but hard to implement...

Dump the activist disruptors. Expel them, without returning any tuition and give no credit for courses during that semester. Want to do a sit-in because you think the college isn't doing enough for your favorite cause or some teacher said something you didn't like? Too bad. College is temporary - expulsion is permanent, take your activism outside the college. You're there to learn - shut up and do so like an adult, not a tantrum-throwing 4 year old.

If there's a non-student activist disruptor, arrest them and prosecute them for trespassing, littering, violation of noise regulations and creating a nuisance. Repeat as needed.

Difficult, I know. But if it's not done you get the activists dictating things for all the other students who are just there to learn - and could care less whether their Organic Chem teacher used the wrong pronoun to refer to someone who can't figure out what gender they are this week.
