No, Ashkenazi Jews score verbal IQ 122 (!!), spatial 99, numeric 114, across many countries and school districts. IQ is candlepower and is synonymous with intelligence in some real and repeatable sense, but not with wisdom, self-observation, or other important skills. Compare to height, speed, coordination in sports: clearly useful, sometimes necessary, not everything.

I would be very glad to cease measuring IQ with relation to race but it is liberals who keep doing it, and lying about it. School tests are marketed and regarded as achievement tests and progress tests, but they aren't. They are mostly IQ tests. The schools, educations systems, approaches, funding, prejudice, what have you are blamed for the gap between races, resulting in a new round of blaming the wrong people and proposing the same solutions which have failed. If we insist on measuring people by groups, we should count on people who see the lies continuing to point them out.

Smarter blacks are moving out of the blue central cities to the purple suburbs - which is wise, and their children will do better despite regression to the mean, because it's a smarter base population - and less fear, which does help academics a bit in and of itself.

Unbelievably, I have seen that described in comment sections as outdated, only quoted by conservatives now, and a cover for racism.

We think MLK would be appalled and disavow this current crop of black leaders because they are so far from his teaching, but I am not so sure. There is a core percentage of African-Americans who believe in solidarity above all else, and we can't tell in retrospect who those would have been. Nor are AA's all that unusual in that attitude. It is common to most tribes, especially when they are in a minority and feel "one-down."

In fact, it is more revealing to examine the ancestry of who doesn't feel that way.
