Maggie's FarmWe are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for. |

Monday, November 18. 2013JFKI try not to post about political matters and to try to stick to my portfolio here, but this is something for all to remember: Lee Harvey Oswald was a communist who idolized Castro and hated America. He killed JFK because JFK was an anti-Commie. I think the Bay of Pigs pushed him over the edge. Trackbacks

Well, probably the last person alive to have met both JFK and LHO, Priscilla Johnson McMillan, believes Oswald was striking against capitalism.
QUOTE: "I think if he had a trial and was allowed to speak, he'd say he did it to deal capitalism a blow," said the author and historian. "In a personal way, I think he would be sorry but he was rising above his own emotions to do something historical." And she's convincing when she says she believes Oswald acted alone. Funny how the Democrats adopted the policies of Kennedy's murder, anti-capitalism, pro-socialism, amenable to communism, anti-free market, etc. Policies Kennedy never endorsed. Beyond the ignored science that prove more than 1 bullet was fired--beyond, the low regard the Warren Commission held for the public, etc., etc. There is still just one thing to remember about the JFK "conspiracy"--the assasination of Robert Kennedy. Both men went after the Chicago mobsters with a determined focus. That has not been mentioned in any of the current documentaries being shown to celebrate 50 years.
I have waited all of my adult life for this next week to come--the week when ALL records, ALL documents would become available to the public by law. FREEDOM of INFORMATION ! Yes, but that promise was made 50 years ago. Made at a time when those making the promise and those accepting the promise believed in a code of ethics, a system of behavior that would guarantee ALL documents would be there this coming week. But, I ask you: do you really believe given the ethics, the lack of self discipline, the increased power of Chicago--do you REALLY BELIEVE ALL the documents will still be there? Still become public? Still available for inspection? Answering this question will tell you how far we the people and our government have slipped down the greasy slope to tyranny. There is still just one thing to remember about the JFK "conspiracy"--the assasination of Robert Kennedy. Both men went after the Chicago mobsters with a determined focus. That has not been mentioned in any of the current documentaries being shown to celebrate 50 years.
Sirhan Sirhan, the assassin of RFK, was a Palestinian Christian who admitted that he killed RFK for his support of Israel. Regarding JFK, that is another matter. Count me as one of those who doesn't believe Oswald acted alone. In fact I am leaning towards the conclusion that he was a patsy. There are so many things that the government, Warren commission, the Secret Service, the FBI and the police lied about or hid from the light. The ONLY thing I can say in their defense of obvious lies and cover ups is that they probably did it to prevent this from being blamed on Russia or Cuba thus causing a war. But a cover up there was. Even the doctor who declared that Kennedy was shot in the head from the front was strong armed into changing his official transcript. The FBI and the Warren Commission tried to reproduce the actual shooting ascribed to Oswald and were unable to. There were at least five shots one of which came from the front and possibly two from a building opposite the Book depository. There were bullets found which defied forensic logic and evidence that the bullets found were not the bullets that killed Kennedy. The list of inconsistencies, intentional misinterpretations of evidence and omitted facts is long.
Kennedy was obviously killed to make way for the Left/socialists to take over the Democrtic party.
Oswald's beliefs became the common beliefs of millions of Americans, especially Democrat Party politicians, academics, intellectuals, teachers, etc. A very influential man.
Oswald killed Kennedy because he wanted to be acknowledged for his "brilliance." Oswald was a frustrated, mean, hateful, little narcissist. He wanted attention more than anything. Often when he became angry, particularly when speaking with his bosses, he would say "you are not listening to me."
I do not think he had anything against Kennedy. This was a crime of opportunity. Oswald saw the motorcade was driving right under the windows where he was working, published in the Dallas papers the day before. Imagine the thought process when he saw the route of the motorcade. Just that simple. Sometimes things are what the are. Why then would the Warren Commission, the secret service, the FBI, and the local police lie and coverup so much? Why did Ruby kill Oswald before he could talk? How did Oswald shoot Kennedy from the 5th floor of the boo depository but the kill shot was from the front? Why did at least two of the shot come from the roof of a building across the street from the book depository? Why were three men disguised as tramps who were arrested by police near the grassy knoll let go under suspicious circumstances but later wrote a book about being hired to kill Kennedy that day? Why if the three bullets Oswald fired were copper encased was lead left in governor connally. Why was it necessary to fabricate the magic bullet theory to explain the unexplainable? Why is there a picture taken at the moment of the shooting showing Oswald and others outside the ground floor entrance to the book depository? Why can't marksman and other experts duplicate Oswald's shooting (they either can't shoot the rifle as quickly as he did or if they do shot it that fast they can't hit the targets)? Why is there forensic evidence of at least 5 bullets fired that day? Why was the attending physician in Dallas strong armed into changing his testimony about the entrance and exit wounds? Why was the official autopsy fabricated to cover up the actual entrance and exit wounds? The list goes on and on. So if it was a simple one person shooting why the coverup?
A conspiracy including the Warren Commission, the FBI, the Secret Service, the CIA, the Parkland doctors, and the Dallas Police Department is just too much to imagine.
The 6th floor shots were really easy shots. The time frame, about 11 seconds, does not include the first shot, that round was already in the chamber. When the first shot was heard, Oswald was already working the action to load the second. The first shot was the most difficult, Oswald had to hold the rifle to shoot downward. The second and third shots the rifle muzzle was perched on boxes that served as a gun rest. Oswald just had to let the limousine glide into the telescopic sight. If the head shot came from the right front, where did the bullet go? It would have to have exited the left side of Kennedy's head. That part of his head was undamaged, there was not a mark. Also Mrs.Kennedy's head was to the left front of the President's head. The only bullet found in the limo was a damaged one from the head shot which came from Oswalds rifle. The recovered bullet went through the skull and struck the metal strip on the top of the windshield and fell into the car and landed on the floor. The mark on the metal strip is there with striations from the bullet. The X-rays of the presidents head show cracks running length wise (from back to front) which shows a shot from the rear. A shot from the right-front would have made cracks from right to left. The autopsy photos show a small, cratered (dented to the inside) hole in the back of Kennedy's head (the flap of skin was replaced for the photo). There was a train yard behind the grassy knoll, there was a man working there in a control tower overlooking the area. The control tower was elevated so he could see the entire train yard while moving truing. That man, the Trainmaster, could see the entire fence and grassy knoll from the north side. He did not see anyone with a rifle, before, during, or after the shots. He continued to watch after the limousine sped away and saw nothing suspicious. There were police officers stationed on the triple underpass who could also see most of the grassy knoll area. One of them was in that area within one minute after the shooting. 4.92 seconds. Was 4.92 seconds (90 frames of the Zapruder film) enough time for Oswald to absorb the recoil of his first shot, reload his bolt-action Manlicher-Carcano rifle, pull the telescopic sight back to take aim for a second shot, shoot lightly high and off target to the life, sending the second bullet toward the triple underpass, then reload again and be deadly accurate from 90 yards away with the third rifle shot? That rifle is a piece of shit. It is hard to work the bolt and heavy and awkward to re-sight quickly through a scope.
A bullet did hit the metal on the top of the windshield but you do remember Oswald was on the 6th floor. The bullet would have gone into the floorboards. In fact there was a bullet hole in the floorboards; one of the 5 bullets accounted for in the shooting. Where did the bullet exit Kennedy's head? KEMP CLARK, MD: Professor and Director of Neurological Surgery at Parkland, "...in the occipital region of the skull... Through the head wound, blood and brain were extruding... There was a large wound in the right occipitoparietal region, from which profuse bleeding was occurring... There was considerable loss of scalp and bone tissue. Both cerebral and cerebellar tissue were extruding from the wound." NURSE DIANA HAMILTON BOWRON: "...there was blood all over this neck and shoulders. There was a gaping wound in the back of his head." CHARLES JAMES CARRICO, MD: "The (skull) wound that I saw was a large gaping wound, located in the right occipitoparietal area. I would estimate to be about 5 to 7 cm. in size, more or less circular, with avulsions of the calvarium and scalp tissue. CHARLES RUFUS BAXTER, MD: "...the right temporal and occipital bones were missing (emphasis added) and the brain was lying on the table..." GENE AIKIN, MD: "The back of the right occipitalparietal portion of his head was shattered with brain substance extruding." Dr. Robert McClelland also described this flap, but every one of these witnesses, and more, insists that it was hanging downward, hinged at the top to the left." CHARLES CRENSHAW, MD: It extended from the approximate center of the skull in the back to just behind the right ear, utilizing a left to right orientation and from a position a couple of inches above the right ear to the approximate middle of the right ear utilizing a top to bottom orientation." RICHARD BROOKS DULANEY, MD:" The wound was on the back of his head. On the back side" They lifted up the head and "the whole back-side was gone." ROBERT GROSSMAN, MD:"He (Grossman) said that he saw two large holes in the head, as he told the (Boston) Globe, and he described a large hole squarely in the occiput, far too large for a bullet entry wound..." PAT HUTTON, RN : "Mr. Kennedy was bleeding profusely from a wound in the back of his head, and was lying there unresponsive." (Price Exhibit V21 H 216). While helping with resuscitation efforts a physician asked her to apply a pressure dressing to the head wound, she observed, however, that, "This was no use, however, because of the massive opening in the back of the head." MARION THOMAS JENKINS, MD: "a great laceration on the right side of the head (temporal and occipital) (sic), causing a great defect in the skull plate so that there was herniation and laceration of great areas of the brain, even to the extent that the cerebellum had protruded from the wound" ROBERT McCLELLAND, MD: "...I could very closely examine the head wound, and I noted that the right posterior portion of the skull had been extremely blasted. It had been shattered...so that the parietal bone was protruded up through the scalp and seemed to be fractured almost along its right posterior half, as well as some of the occipital bone being fractured in its lateral half, and this sprung open the bones that I mentioned in such a way that you could actually look down into the skull cavity itself and see that probably a third or so, at least, of the brain tissue, posterior cerebral tissue and some of the cerebellar tissue had been blasted out...." From that railroad yard you said nothing happened. Thanks to Lee Bowers, an alert railroad employee with an unobstructed view of Dealey Plaza during the JFK assassination, three men fleeing the scene and hiding in a boxcar in the train yards were picked up. Three tramps were clearly under arrest. They were taken to the Sheriff's office and questioned. But the arrest records — if there were any arrest records — had disappeared. Nobody knew whether they existed, or where they were. Nobody could find them. Bowers would later testify that he heard three shots, one coming from the grassy knoll and two from the mouth of the triple underpass. Two of these men were later identified by forger for the Lansky Syndicate, confessed as he was dying from cancer that they were a CIA agent Charles Rogers and CIA asset Charles Harrelson The official autopsy photos were a coverup as evidenced by the testimony of numerous doctors and nurses at Parkland hospital. There have been hundreds of thousands of persons who have confessed to the Kennedy assassination. None of them were in position to kill him.
The Parkland Doctors were brought to the National Archives to examine the autopsy photographs by Frontline. All the doctors said the photographs depicted Kennedys wounds exactly as they remembered them. The head shot bullet entered from the rear about midway between the bottom of the skull and the crown, oriented slightly to the right. As the bullet crashed into the skull, at about 2000 feet per second (almost twice the speed of sound), it was slightly flattened and began to yaw upward. Kennedy was leaning forward and the bullet exited the right-front striking the strip on the windshield. A rifle bullet at that speed creates a shock wave as it passes through the air (as in breaking the sound barrier). As the bullet entered the skull, that wave energy must be released in some manner. In the skull, a closed, limited container, the wave creates enormous pressure which will follow the path of least resistance to be released. The pressure was on the right side of the skull and thus ruptured that side blasting out the pieces of the skull. The blood, brain matter and pieces of the skull were blasted into the air, upwards and forward, and settled throughout the interior of the limousine, on the trunk and hood, etc. The "tramps" were not arrested, they were taken by Sheriff deputies to the Sheriff's department, identified and questioned. Paraffin tests were done on all of them and none had nitrates on their skin indicating firing a gun. Most serious researchers believe the first shot missed. That shot was earlier than investigators thought at the time. Do not forget that Zapruder stopped filming for a few seconds (saving film). The first shot almost certainly came when the limousine was directly in front of the Depository. Oswald would have been shooting almost directly down at the car. A standing, much more difficult position that the sitting position with a gun rest. The first shot did not sound as loud to persons away from the Depository. The rifle muzzle was aimed downward and the sound would have gone down, it sounded the loudest to those persons in the immediate vicinity of the depository. Those down by the triple underpass said it sounded like a pop. But the other two shots were definitely rifle shots to those down range. The muzzle was then aimed toward the triple underpass ant the sound would carry that way. Oswald then sat on a box, reloading as he did, and put the muzzle on the gun rest he had erected earlier, waited for the car to come into view on the scope and fired. He then reloaded without picking up the rifle, thus he did not have to re-aquire the target, and fired. The Parkland doctors were all threatened by the FBI and forced to change their testimony.
As the doctors all agreed the back of the skull was clearly the exit wound. Forensic scientists have said that the military bullet used would not have made the splayed exit type wound in it's entry. Interesting that so much brain matter was blasted backwards onto the trunk. Yu are spinning about the tramps. They weren't given the paraffin test and all evidence of their arrest or custody was erased. Since one of them was CIA and another was a CIA operative that isn't suprising. To believe he did not have to reaquire the target shows you have never fired a high power bolt action rifle with a scope. The brain and skull fragments landed on the trunk as the limousine continued forward and drove under the debris. Some of the larger pieces were blasted backwards (actually all directions) by the supersonic shock wave of the bullet.
Motorcycle officers on each side of the limousine also drove through the cloud of blood and brain matter and were doused. The rifle position was not moved as Oswald worked the action and kept the target in the scope. The target continued at the same speed going downhill. The target drove into the scope. Before the bullet hit Kennedy's head his brain and skull were moving the same speed as the limousine. Why would you think that they would then assume zero momentum and fall on the trunk of the limousine as it passed under them?
Again, you have obviously never fired a high powered rifle. It does not "remain on target". Additionally working the bolt action, especially on this clunky gun, forces you to take your eye away from the scope and actually moves the rifle. |
