We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.
Patsy is one of my favorites. Other people (geezers?) like her, too. Enough so that a short-lived SF show some years ago used her songs as theme and background music.
My dad preferred Rosemary Clooney (aka George's mom), but we could never agree on anything.
Don't know if it's right, but here is what IMDB says about George Clooney: "George Timothy Clooney was born on May 6, 1961, in Lexington, Kentucky to Nina Bruce nee' Warren, a former beauty pageant queen, and Nick Clooney, a former anchorman and game show host (who was also the brother of singer Rosemary Clooney)."
I have no good comments. If this is a demonstration to some sect in the Amercan sosiety, you may have succeded. In Norway, from which country I wright, I cannot say withhout furtherr investigatons what you shall obtainn with this stuff.

Life improved, when I figured this out quite a few years ago.
Just seeing these words nearly brought tears to my eyes. Unexpected, but my Paternal Grandparents used to sing this and I immediately heard them in my head. My Grandmother passed away over 30 years ago yet it was as fresh to me as yesterday in that moment. I had to sing the whole thing to myself, hearing them the whole way.
