We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.
How on earth can Palin ever be considered a racist? Her husband, Todd Palin, is part Yu'pik Eskimo, and therefore, so are her children. The Liberal "journalist" Coven of Witches and The Forces of Unreason are at it again. Or is it that only blacks are considered a 'race,' ethnically speaking. Come on girls, grow up. Playground insults reflect more on you than they do on Sarah.
I must have seen this Vegas article through Newsbusters.org or somewhere this morning... I posted this comment earlier:

From tiny ACORN a mighty Obama has sprung.
Democrats seem all too willing to throw the Republic under the bus to quench their need for idolatry. Obama is a Trojan Horse with Mussolini, Marx and Woodrow Wilson as architects.
Stick a fork in the country - it's done. John Dewey has succeeded in shaping the apple before it falls from the tree... our up and coming voters have not the intellectual capacity, the sense of personal responsibility, nor the courage to sustain the nation forged so fearlessly by the Founding Fathers.
NeoDemocRATS have nothing but loathing for those who signed our Declaration of Independence, and we will suffer as a result of their immature selfishness being brought to the national table.
From the tone I guess I hadn't had my coffee yet, and I was a bit peevish after having stayed up so late to watch that obamanation of a debate.
I wonder what the preamble to the ACORN charter looks like?
It might read like this:
We the Radical Left of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Socialist Union, establish no jobs without Justice, insure domestic Terrorism, provide for the common defense of us elitists , promote Welfare, and secure the votes of the dead and fictitious so that we can stuff the ballet box on any election and be sure our agenda wins, do shout down whoever opposes us and establish this manifesto for the Global Community.
Pajak, nice post. I was just wonderin if those NeoDemocRats are related to tree rats. The type of rat that destroyed BD'S grill. I believe there is a fringe group of wacko rats that live in trees, when someone dares to cut it down. Hell, I think all the NeoDemocRats are dirt, yellow, commie lovin bastards.Same for wacko, and tree rats.
Dunno about BD's tree rat troubles, but my hunch is that the rats that destroyed his grill are slightly more industrious than these tree rats featured here, and the NeoDemocRATS I refer to, who generally prefer to have someone carry their fetid water for them.
Are the McCain voters just going to stand by and watch the ACORN Obamiacs steal this election? Is this going to be the straw that finally broke the camel's back? We're willing to go fight in Iraq and I would hope that we will be just as vigilant in defending the homeland from our domestic enemies; call me paranoid but I feel that a coup d'etat of sorts has been launched right before our very eyes.
When I get blatantly screwed like this, when thieves like this literally smile and say "Hey, you're getting screwed, and you can't do anything about it or we'll call you racists", I get very, very angry. Voter fraud is a more imminent threat to this nation than Al Qaeda and must be stopped dead in it's tracks. This ACORN outfit is little more than a criminal enterprise devoted to voter fraud and Obama is in it up to his neck.
McCain should demand that Obama issue a public statement condemning these people NOW, and every day until November 4. When will the 527's start banging away at this? I can't speak for other McCain supporters, but this is one who won't be gracious in defeat under these circumstances.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Officials in Missouri, a hard-fought jewel in the presidential race, are sifting through possibly hundreds of questionable or duplicate voter-registration forms submitted by an advocacy group that has been accused of election fraud in other states.
Charlene Davis, co-director of the election board in Jackson County, where Kansas City is, said the fraudulent registration forms came from the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, or ACORN. She said they were bogging down work Wednesday, the final day Missourians could register to vote.
That's not 'worse'. It's better because this time all states are on the look-out. No state wants to be another Florida and take the heat, so both sides are ahead of the game. Plus, the news is on it and that's nothing but good.
Agreed... I looked for an edit button soon after hitting Submit! It is getting better - I am praying that a minority in the media are prepping a minor mea culpa... The story about the stinky Obama plane provides hope for a change.
