Maggie's Farm

We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

True, your site isn't just about politics.

Which is why, with post-election fatigue, I'll stop visiting a bunch of other sites, but stop by here once or twice a day.

It's a breath of fresh air, with a nice bit of tang.

Thanks, I will continue to visit. My husband kept telling me what a great site Maggie's Farm was, so I checked it out a couple of months ago. I really like the variety of topics here. The semi-nude pics of women, not so much. However, if we ladies could get some equal time with some pics of hunky men, it might be ok......might I suggest Todd Palin for starters? In a speedo????

I told Jappy I wanted him first. But if you want Barrister first, that's okay with me. Then maybe Jephnol. Jephnol could do some photoshopping and make his pecs real big.

We could have BEST MAN BOOBS AT MAGGIE'S FARM and post the winner's picture at the top.

At my nephews wedding reception the kids had a dance circle where the performer would do their stuff (breakdancing, one armed handstands, pretty amazing some of it..) before pointing at the next guy who’s turn it would be to perform. Then it was my turn. I took off my shirt and bounced my belly around.

(*crickets, with a few disgusted looks*)

But the mature women swooned. Really.

I was so proud of this even I also mistakenly posted it under "Shopping List"!!
