Maggie's Farm

We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

To the MSM- white preachers= nut jobs, Black preachers= cool. You ever notice on TV the ubiguitous casting of black judges, played as the wise old Solomon. Are there really a large amount of black judges in the real world or is this the MSM doing social engineering on us, trying to create positive stereotypes. Barrister would probably know.

Sean,there was a Boston talk show host named David Brudnoy, I use to listen to him alot. He use to make the same comparisons. Watch T.V or anything that comes out of Hollywood, alot of the time blacks are shown to be in positoins of power or authority wether it be judges doctors, lawyers, Im not saying that they dont exist its just with the msn,tv and hollywood they are shown disproportionately than in the real world.
