We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

Last night I composed on this screen a nice article which this morning is gone. So far within the last week I;ve spent over an hour and 45 minutes of wasted time researching and composing work for this blog that just vanishes ...jeez guys get it right damn it.

OK, the article was about Ted Kennedy's currently masterful hoax. He's not had a stroke or anything of the sort....this is a sleight of hand hoax to divert attention from the recently Kopereleased book and letter outlining his duplicity in contacting and attempting to work with Yuri Andropov during OUR 1984 Presidential election. It was all about Ted's attempt to get Ronald Reagan defeated with Soviet help..at the height of the cold war!

The original post of just the book and letter are back a few threads back on the Sig gun thread.
Those of us old enough to remember Ted appearing on TV to "explain away Mary Jo Kopechne's death will remember he wore a neck brace ...also a hoax.

this appears to be a true story and if so constitutes a capital crime punishable by death...he'll skate of course. He's simply hoping that with the elections tonight and other news this will get buried. Knowing the NSN they'll ask him NO questions about this treachery. What a slimeball.

Maybe they're not "just vanishing". Maybe they're being deleted because people don't like the way you make this comment area your own personal blog site. If you want to post articles, why don't you do it like everybody else does?

That was a fascinating article on women and tech, NJ. The article spent 1,000 words trying desperately not to verify what Larry Summers said. Just another example of Political Correctness demanding that life's rules cater to it, rather than reality.

As far as dumping sulfur into the air, why not just nuke a couple of big volcanoes and crack those babies wide open? If we really try, we can have our sky looking like 'The Matrix' in no time.

Roger didn't even read his own post. If he had, he might have recalled his own photoshop work - all of which is pretty disgusting. The day after Anna Nicole died, he photoshopped a man sitting on top of her. "Oh, ha ha."

Have been enjoying Maggies Farm for a long time. Like being able to see and learn new things from smart, funny, interesting people. Still like Maggies posts but the comments are very often overseen and then, imo, ruined by Habu and the puppets. I think any blog moderator should delete puppets as well as all threats and some o/t comments too. I have endorsed Habu before because I could scroll past the pages and pages and pages he posts but now it is like he has a can of spray paint. Think some of the jpgs look like graffiti in a park that can not and will not be overlooked or ignored. Think you should get your own blog Habu or else the editor here should delete a lot more of your posts. Sometimes wonder lately if I stumbled on to the WWF site instead of Maggies Farm. Rogers ppp observation is a good one. Don't mind a little mud wrestling but do not like it as a daily feature.

IMO, Habu, Maggie should yank your chain a lot more often or else show you the door. Guess The Dog Whisperer might not approve but do not see why BD should be your minder. Think there are only a few hours in a day and farmers have better and more fun things to do. I am curious, how many sites have you been banned from?

BD, there was a firey full moon yesterday. Think maybe that set off all the howling? Haha. I am hooked now on the world wide telescope. It is a beautiful thing.

Patina, It's jappy with one p. If I made the same comments about Robert Mugabui (sp) Kim Jung Ill,Castro or Osama Bin Laden, would they still suck A BIG ONE? Teddie boy is in their same league, ever hear about Mary Jo? Look what he did to his first wife Joan, He was tagging anything with a pulse, made her a hopeless drunk. Capeesh is spelled capite, are you making fun of my italian heritage? Maybe you can say some prayers for Teddie I sure hope God has mercy on his soul, cause I don't!!! As far as relaxing goes, I just can't to many people like you that wind me up. glad to hear about your world wide telescope maybe you can check out Uranus tonite.Now go in your coner and say some prayers for your idol Teddie.

Graffiti is bearable because it seldom makes sense.

But when it threatens violence the 'artist' has been sniffing to much of his or her medium.

Dad kept a pet King Snake in the yard to control venomous vipers.

But he liked to catch the critters bear handed himself, when they struck, and only let the King out when Dad had to be out of the yard.
