Maggie's Farm

We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

Good gig if you can get it... inner-city pastor. Just when I think I've seen it all, along comes something that makes my jaw drop yet again. Wright's hypocrisy is almost beyond belief. What a duplicitous bastard he is.

Speaking of Hillary's inclination to lie, which seems pathological, I had a boss many years ago that lied about everything. Mention any person, place, or thing as she walked past and she would tell you everything about it. Well it seemed that no person could be that well informed so we put her to the test.
One of us started talking about a restaurant he went to over the weekend and soon she was telling us about the service, the menu and even how much she tipped the waiter. Only thing, the restaurant was completely made up.
I guess she lied to fit in. She was a affirmative action appointee, BW, and she was clueless about the job. She needed us to survive. It was pathetic and sad to see her live a life devoid of truth.
Hillary lied as a resume enhancement. This poor women lied so that we would help her survive in a position that she was not qualified for. I guess in a way they are the same.

The good Rev is only middle class. Not rich.

Poor in AmeriKKKa means only 2 color tvs, both your cars are at least 4 years old, you are 50+lbs overweight from all the starving, your new $300 shoes are really $100 knock-offs, you have only basic cable with 3 movie channels added, you know- sufferin'.

What an ass. Reminds me of ManBearPig's giant energy appetite. Didn't slow down his worshippers.

The gov't owes it to us all to be every man richer than his next-door neighbor.

I'm not having a good day today, got my taxes back I owe that income redistribution machine we call government, only thing is I not be the man gettin richer, I be the man gettin poorer. Luther sumed up Wright the best a duplicitous bastard. Amen to that!!!

Your right about that womens appointment being no good for morale and productivity, Buddy. Some who were overlooked in the past for promotion were more than willing to let her fail. She ended up being forced to retire early. I was surprised that they didn't promote her. It was an everyone loses situation, especially the company.
