There's a schism in Hollywood. It's not pretty. It was their when Bill Clinton was collecting endorsements and loot and it's their now with B.Hussien Obama and H. Rodham Clinton.

Some like to toot their cocaine the old fashion way, off the mirror with (in Beverly Hills) sterling silver straws. Others like to smoke it as crack. I suspect Hillary is an old fashion tooter and B. Hussein Obama a smoker. So you have the old and the new and if Hollywood likes one thing it's new, not old.

Bill was by all reports, mostly from now deceased people quite a cokehead. Tell me Hillary eschewed a good quality snort. Hussien we know has been into drugs, and why not admit it now it's 2007. Talk about losing wars, didn't Nixon start the War on Drugs in 1847? I don't think the anti drug forces are winning given that something like 75% of all arrest are drug related and most of those for marijuana.

You wanna know how the Republicans could turn the world unside down. Come out for the decriminalization of marijuana. Tax it and have the companies that sell it be tightly controlled......

It would reduce crime, raise revenue, and all the Republicans who smoke it would end up on prozac because they eventually become paranoid.
It would put a big dent in the trade and slow down the flow of illegal mules.
Of course that proposal will never come from the republican side..it's a gateway drug. Notice how there are now millions and millions of hard core drug users...crap ... in the old days it was booze...for that past forty years it's been reefer.

So we can keep jailing kids with a lid of dope and at the same time keep our record of consecutive war losses in tact.
Or we can go about the challenge in a different manner.

As for the cocaine. We're the worlds biggest market, that's why peasants who live on $200 a year work for the cartels..to feed our noses ....how long we been at that battle? 20,30 years? how many billions, perhaps trillions of dollars have our citizens spent on cocaine?

I don't know what the answer there is. It's a magnitude larger that marijuana. Maybe let the cokeheads and the mainliners of heroin just go ahead, have the government sell it, and we'll spend our money on human sanitation units that collect the bodies. Rehab...no rehab, just let 'em die, they well know the risks.
