I have it on good authority and have even seen it in Mechanics Illustrated that the Chinese are attacking out military nad civilian internets DAILY.
They are probing for weakenesses.

This strategy is straight from purloined manuscipts turned into a book, "Unrestricted Warefare", China's Master Plan to Destroy America. Written by two Peoples Liberation Army Colonels Qiao Liang nad Wang Xiangsui .

In it they outline what has ostensibly been adopted by the Chicoms as the much talked about asymetrical warfare in which we are now engaged.
My confirmation of the daily attacks comfrom two sources in the intelligence world.
These attacks have also been mentioned in the WaPO ,NYT and Washington Times.

Of a different venue in warfare but of similar if not greater significance is the recent Chinese destruction of one of their own old weather satellites by a missile, thus putting us on notice that our entire satellite based warefare systems are in jeapardy.
Globally things are getting a might bit sporty I'd say.
