Maggie's Farm

We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

Red Dog Blogging

Another shot of your basic red (actually, "apricot")  hunting poodle:

 Naturally, there is a Red and Apricot Poodle Club. The pups are fuzzballs. 

Here's a Red Labradoodle. I assume they hunt, but I have never seen one in the field. A great looking animal:

Ohh--

1st guess: Wyoming
2nd guess: Montana

Unless itis in Canada then it would just be somewhere north of those two places, or No. Dakota.

That does not look like a lab or a poodle it looks like an Irish terrier!

they are pretty hard to find in fact i have one myself. looks almost the same when my dog isn't groomed, except the ears on this dog in the photo were not glued back when it was a pup, which is why it looks like a lab.

If you wish email me and I will send some pics of it. Irish terriers were ultility dogs for the Irish , they used them for hunting, guarding etc.. Most irish families could own 1 dog and needed it to be able to do everything. The Irish terrier is the answer.
