What is really going on with the shooting in Minneapolis? There is a globalist group that is behind this unified effort to destroy the West. The targets are Europe, Canada, Australia and of course America. The goal is to take out the ability of these countries to resist the worldwide movement to a communist style worldwide regime. Most of this movement is funded by China, Russia, multinational billionaires and diverse groups of hateful and deranged people. Ever since ICE began nationwide deportations the left has increased the level of violence ad rhetoric with a single goal in mind; ICE shooting a “protester” so that could be used as a rally point to bring in more useful idiots and more violent protests and more deaths because that is what fuels a communist revolution. This is a fight for our country, a fight for the Western Democratic countries and a fight for the future of the entire world. That may seem like exaggeration or hyperbole but it is the entire purpose behind every riot, every mass demonstration, every over reach of government and politicians that you have seen in the last 30 plus years. That is the war we have been fighting without our even knowing it. The odds are that they will win. They will create sympathetic or patriotic events that will lure and lull the general population of Western countries into openly or inadvertently cooperating with the very forces that intends to conquer and kill you. Scratch a far left; activist, professor, politician, common man or woman and they will bleed open socialism and hidden communism. Trump is a pain in their ass but in the end merely a speed bump slowing them by maybe four years or so. The fight is here! Ignore it at your peril. They are gonna win and when they do you must be eliminated or enslaved.

I am OK with the new food pyramid. After all it is just a suggestion. I was OK with the old one too because I don't pay that much attention to suggestions and haven't since I was about 14. They now suggest 6 oz of grain. I'm cool with that but I love bread and butter and can eat an entire loaf of French bread in one sitting.
I love cereals and my favorite is a good granola. I can eat 2000 calories worth of mac & cheese at one sitting. I love pasta and rice and I'm pretty sure about half my calories come from grains.

I love meat too, nice fatty meat like bacon or any beef, pork etc.

I like most vegetables and if it's on my plate I eat them. I love fruit and I do eat a lot of fruit. mostly in pies but I eat them all and love them.

Beans, eggs, nuts! Yep I love them too and eat a lot.

But when I go to a potlach or a buffet I typically first get a plate of food much like anyone would. A couple of different meat choices, baked beans if it an option, a paste, preferably mac & cheese, a veggie. Then I get desserts, whatever they have. Then I go to the dessert line again and another plate of desserts, more choosey this time. Then if I'm still hungry I go for ice cream if they have it. maybe some fruit.

I can't remember... we were talking about some suggestions from some government entity or something but I gotta go because we have chocolate...
