I agree with this sentiment. This was done to them. I have absolutely no idea what can be done about it at this point. They seem lost and angry. That's not a good place to be.

If that's how you think you'll convince me that USAID must continue to be funded, then you've already lost. That's the 'spoiled brat child' argument. No Sale. Tell me what you're going to do for the US, instead of couching a request for help as a cynical demand for behavioral obedience.

This is another article where the gist of it is the Dems are too far left to win.

IMO, most of the voters are not ideological. They elected far left candidates Barak 0bama and Joe Biden to the presidency. If Trump blows up the economy or if inflation gets worse, they'll put another marxist in the White House without thinking of the consequences, just to punish the party in power.

The same effect could spill down into the House and Senate races as well.

The House may stay closely divided but shift left and the Senate could easily swing left as so many so many battleground states are red states with big blue cities that dominate state politics.

And there is the reliably compliant, friendly media to help them as well.

Talk of the demise of the Democratic Party is greatly exaggerated. They can return to dominance in a single election.

USAID... Permanently close the institution, level the building and salt the earth. The religious concerns are overstated and after seeing how the 'religions' were little more than money laundering NGO's aiding, and abetting the illegal invasion, I have zero empathy for any of the work they purport to do. Pursue funding directly from the public and you will be funded for a just cause. The same applies to FEMA and their money laundering NGO's.

The Democrats drifting... They are full time fascist/communist interns. The days of the blue dog democrat are long gone.

The future of foreign aid... Foreign aid, whether the American kind or the Chinese kind, most often winds up in the pockets of rather dubious political leadership and never seems to benefit their people. The accountability is even worse than the spending within our own borders.

The Most Important Four Minutes... nope. Link turns out to be another fever-brained Zerohedge story: the main article quotes an anti American quack at a 'symposium' hosted ny Turkey, and the comments section immediately dives into True Believer stuff about the Jooish conspiracy.

Oh No! Gun violence is now contagious. I always thought guns were inanimate objects but apparently, they can catch violence. Not to worry, the CDC will protect us from inanimate object violence.

It appears that Boston mayor Michelle Wu is a Chinese spy. There are probably tens of thousands of Chinese spies in America and Canada. This is a serious problem. How many of our judges are spies?
