The UNions have destroyed America's schools. Quite simply, quality schools and a robust education is easy, we, the collective "we" know how to do it. We choose not to. It is a huge disservice to ALL children and a lifetime disaster to black and brown and poor white children. Good parents can to some extent make up for what the schools fail to do but they shouldn't have to. But for most of the kids from single parent homes, kids in bad or poor neighborhoods and kids with parents that are overwhelmed or inadequate the schools are the only hope for these children. And the schools are failing that hope.
