Maggie's Farm

We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

Do our readers have trouble getting on Maggie's due to security issues?

Page loads quickly with firefox.

No problem with Chromium on Linux.
Of course, most browsers today are based on Chromium.

Brave with Malwarbytes is ok with it. Malwarebytes is pretty strong.

I’ve only been able to view the site from my phone for months. When I try from my PC, I get a “we could not verify the certificate: reason = untrusted” message. Three browsers - Chrome (default), Firefox and Edge.

Firefox reminds me this site is not HTTPS since I've set HTTPS rule for websites, but gets here by excepting the site.
