Giving the Panama Canal top Panama was an incredibly stupid move by an incredibly stupid president. We should take it back. Let Panama and Panamanians run it but the U.S. must control it, protect it and set the rules.

We need to make a "treaty" with Greenland and perhaps even an investment in port facilities that we could use for our military ships a planes to use. It could be financially good for Greenland and strategically good for us. Additionally we need to build a few state of the art ice breakers and take back year round access to the arctic.

Canada is a benevolent country that "WE" have allowed to rip us off. We need to correct that and the tariff is the stick and trade is the carrot. Trudeau is destroying Canada in the same way that Democrats are Destroying the U.S. That is Canada's problem to deal with in their own way. But we can at least make the trade fair and offer Canada an opportunity to increase trade under fair conditions.

No one has yet mentioned the Carribean Islands and of course Cuba. We need to bring them under our wings as well. Offer them economic opportunity, make treaties to visit their ports with our ships and encourage and if necessary force them to reject Chinese and Islamic states from getting a toehold there.

And then there is Mexico. Same problems, use the same tactics. Offer them opportunity with strings attached. The carrot and stick. Make them a partner in keeping the world safe. They can choose to do it willingly or we can use the stick. But they should be brought into the 21st century and they should want to live in a safe world.
