The Patriot Act was a wolf in sheep's clothing. A trojan horse to give greater power to the intel agencies and the federal government/swamp. They aren't even close to fully exploiting the powers they gave themselves with this one law. And now DOD Directive 5240.01. This will allow them to use our military forces to enforce unconstitutional actions against American citizens. Why did they produce this directive and why now? What do they plan to do? When?

So, I read through a couple of ‘fact-checkers’ regarding this update. They all seem to tie themselves in knots that this new language is not a change. The fact-checkers were consistent in referencing Posse Comitatus Act. Newsweek, was one that referenced Posse Comitatus Act, but also acknowledged that Posse Comitatus Act goes out the window if the Insurrection Act is invoked. The new language, in my mind, authorizes lethal force by the military, while involved with law enforcement, but must get permission from the Secretary of Defense before taking action. Look for the invocation of the Instruction Act. When the Democrats keep telling us Trump is literally Hitler, something tells me they will cling to power, regardless of a silly little thing like losing an election. I still maintain that they will count 90+ million votes for Kamala.

So I'm going to "kinda" make an anti-Trump statement; a fear of Trump getting elected.

If Trump is elected and survives long enough to take office, I believe that the swamp, the CIA, FBI, Homeland security and other federal agencies will react violently putting our country at risk. I believe that they have committed so many crimes, so many treasonous acts that they cannot survive scrutiny and Trump will expose them. Understand that the 51 or so Intel agents who signed a letter lying about the Hunter Biden laptop didn't do this to protect Hunter they did it to keep Trump out of office and to protect themselves. Our federal government is corrupt at the top and worse than corrupt they are traitors. Trump plans on replacing them in his first 24 hours in office with leadership that will root out the corruption and maybe put them in jail. They dare not allow this and may start WW III to throw the country and the world into mass chaos in the hope that they will be able to escape justice. If Trump wins the swamp may indeed sacrifice all of us.

What a crappy collection of military generals that couldn't, can't, or won't do a proper military withdrawal much less define 'winning' a war without leaving all their equipment on the battlefield. Current military leadership sucketh. They waste lives, equipment, and money and are administratively dysfunctional as they can't be audited due to crap administration.

Kamala is a communist just as Barack is a communist. They are surrounded by communists in their families and exhibit all the characteristics of authoritarian socialists. Their administrations practiced constant lawfare on opponents and have no compunctions about using the administrative state to take out opponents. They both reflect the ending results of the 'enlightenment'.
