We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

The residents of Springfield Ohio are planning a demonstration in front of Heritage Hall in Springfield to protest the 20,000 illegal immigrants from Haiti. "Coincidently" Pallats of bricks have been delivered to an area near the site. This seems to be a common theme for any scheduled protests of our governments unconstitutional actions.

At least Harris didn’t mention she grew up middle class. "I grew up understanding the children of the community are the children of the community.” Meaning the children belong to the State. She didn’t grow up understanding that nonsense. Those are values that she learned from her Marxist parents. It is the same point Hillary was making: It Takes a Village. The village is the State. The State doesn’t want parents to interfere. Parental interference might mean that the children will have those very disturbing qualities of worshipping the one true God and not the State. You must be subordinate to the State. After Kamala is installed, not bending the knee to the State will have serious consequences. Don’t believe me? Look back at the response of the State during Covid: cruelty and tyranny with a huge portion of authoritarianism to wash it all down with.

If you can recognize that Harris, like Biden, is little more than a hand puppet, then her public performances are quite understandable.

The four things behind totalitarianism are behind a paywall but likely based around Envy, Lust, Pride, and Greed. All are well known members of the deadly sins.

Once I escaped the gravity-well of my university indoctrination, at a sufficient distance to see its flaws, Marxism and Envy were like two
peas in a pod.

Economics isn't "the dismal science"...that's a "briar patch" dodge.
Marxism is "the dismal science", with the genocide record to prove it.
