Maggie's Farm

We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

Someone is just using their power because they can. The use of plastic sporks by the feds is such a microscopic percentage of the so-called carbon foot print that it doesn't even matter.

If they really cared about "climate change". they would send 60 million foreigners home where their carbon footprints were much smaller than they are here.

They are trying to get Harris up to speed about world affairs so they don't dare let her be asked questions yet. Also they are trying to break her of the habit of cackling and that isn't going well either. Until she can read her lines without it being too obvious that she is reading her lines she will be kept in the basement. Walz is much better at reading his lines, he is a natural born liar and phony. I have never seen anyone so good at BS spreading. HE is ready for primetime. A perfect dirty far left communist. Bernie Sanders is pissed that Walz was selected because it made Bernie a "far right" overnight by comparison.

My son had a bat in his house a few days ago. Evidently he handled it all wrong. He saw the bat, went to the garage for a fish net, caught the bat, and let it go in all of 10 minutes. Both he and the bat seem to be doing just fine.

I can never last more than a few seconds into these clips of Kami Klueless speaking. She starts nodding her head, flapping her hands, saying random words, and then she brays like a donkey. And that's the sum of everything she does or says.
