Secret Service Agents Were Standing on Rooftop Near to Where Shooter Was Reportedly Stationed – How did They Miss This?

New photos have emerged allegedly showing the deceased shooter on a rooftop adjacent to the president’s podium. He was reportedly situated to the right side of Trump when he shot 8-10 bullets toward the rally.

Things do not add up, however, as video footage from the rally clearly shows what looks like two Secret Service agents standing watch on the Rooftop directly adjacent to where the shooter allegedly fired from.

The live video feed, broadcast by RSBN, shows Trump being introduced at the rally at 6:04 PM EST. Two agents can be clearly seen standing on the rooftop behind him on the same side he was shot. Furthermore, their rooftop was higher elevation than the shooter’s. How did they miss him?

What is the deal here?!

No audio supports TGP assertion that 8-10 shots were made by the shooter.

FACT: The area was not secured for Trump's rally.

Why wasn't the area secured? It's the Secret Service's job to secure the area.

For the left this was the perfect shooter. White, male, Republican, used an AR 15. It does not get any better if you want to remove 2nd amendment rights. I don't know and can't know that this was a conspiracy of our leftist in government and that this guy was a patsy. BUT if all that was true what would be different?

The secret service snipers saw him on the roof before he shot at Trump and they did nothing. Bystanders saw him climb on the roof and reported it and the secret service did nothing.

I predict when this is closed that the final report will not satisfy anyone. It will be full of holes and inconsistencies. How many of you believe McVeigh acted alone or even that the truck bomb did all the damage we saw? How many think that Paddock in Las Vegas fired all those shots or that any of the official explanation made any sense? How many of you think Oswald was the shooter or the only shooter? How many think that Epstein killed himself? This all looks like kabuki theater. I will guarantee you that when all is said and done and all we know about this shooter is out there that you will not be satisfied that your government has been honest with you.

If that were the case, there would be a communication problem. The local police would have their own communication net and Lord only knows how that information would get to the actual secret service. I can envision the local officer calling his supervisor, "There's a civilian here claiming a man on the roof has a rifle."
Supervisor: "I'll pass that up the chain", then nothing got done. The lines of communication should be given a serious look.

Two things with this - the snipers couldn't kill the shooter until the shooter actually DID something.

That said - if they had eyes on him there's no reason at all why that sniper allowed the shooter to get a second shot off.

Way to many questions - nowhere near enough answers.

But couldn’t they have notified the SS detail near the stage that they need to get Trump out of there as soon as they saw the sniper? There was nothing they could do until a shot was actually fired? I find that hard to believe.

I think we'll probably find that the locals and the SS radios didn't have a common band, so communicating the location of the threat would be iffy.

By accident or by design - well, that's a tough call.

What I hear now is that a local cop actually saw him climb onto the roof and confronted him, but backed down after being threatened with the rifle, and went to tell someone. So maybe a comm issue...

We're at a point where the rules of engagement are such that if the sniper HAD taken the first shot, his career would have been over because the shooter was just a potential threat, not an actual threat. Yeah, it's stupid semantics but the kid would have been held up as an innocent who was just using a scoped rifle to get a better look at Trump and not a threat at all.

Is the FBI, after all they have done to persecute conservatives while protecting Democrats to be believed if they find that the shooter acted alone?

The FBI has squandered their credibility, and that's a real problem for all of us.

Questions:

1) How does a lone gunman "just happen" to find a hole in the SS security ring?

2) How do the men on the roof not see the shooter as he crawls into position?

3) If they haven't seen him previously, how do they immediately no where to return fire?

Like Lee Harvey Oswald, it is mighty convenient unfortunate that the shooter is dead and can't answer questions.

1) How does a lone gunman "just happen" to find a hole in the SS security ring? Didn't find a hole. Was outside the security ring, which was inadequate. According to some reports, due to the head of HLS refusing requests for more personal. Not securing those rooftops was a massive failure.

2) How do the men on the roof not see the shooter as he crawls into position? It's called a height advantage. Not the least bit mysterious. Why there wasn't real-time drone coverage would be a good question.

3) If they haven't seen him previously, how do they immediately know where to return fire? Not a mystery at all. There were four counter sniper snipers deployed, one in each compas direction. At that range, any well trained, reasonably skilled sniper will successfully make the shot that quickly well over 90% of the time.

He apparently used a mass produced rifle, his father's AR-15, and tried for head shots rather than center of mass.

No, the shooter was not skilled, luckily. 130-150 yards is nothing for a skilled rifleman. My guess is that the kid was a suicidal LARPer who practiced enough to develop a mediocre level of skill with a mediocre rifle and thought he could go out in a blaze of perverse glory.
