We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

Numerous incidents worldwide involving Russian, Chinese and North Korean nuclear weapons being deployed and the governments changing their alert status. And of course the Middle East is heating up with leaked info on Iran's nuclear bomb effort being far ahead of previous predictions which is intel-speak for they already have nukes. Israel too has reopened their nuclear bomb factories but you won't find that in the news.

Meanwhile China, Russia and Jihadists are sending in massive numbers of illegal border crossers (invaders) into America who will be used to defeat us internally in the event that inevitable war breaks out somewhere else in the world. Meanwhile our president has been extorted by the Chinese to the tune of $100 million to allow the invasion and our congress is impotent to stop it or they too have been bought. Traitors all. It is all quickening and it will soon be very dangerous right in your home town. Did I mention that the government just expanded and effectively implemented a draft of our young people?

Beware! The shit is about to hit the fan. Are you ready for WW III?

In theory nuclear fusion reactors are possible. The problem in layman's terms is that it is the equivalent of running a million flame throwers in a huge forest that just had a historic drought. In other words it can't be controlled. Nuclear fusion reactors will always be just one problem away from being reality. The risk is that it will be implemented ignoring the unsolved problem and it will be a disaster.

Do you use the cloud? Most likely you do even if you don't think you do or do not want to. It is the default if you use Windows or Google. What the system does is store the last 12 months of your files for you. If you try to opt out it may actually appear that you aren't using it but more than likely there is still one years worth of your computer files on the cloud. It shouldn't surprise you that there is a backdoor into the cloud placed there at the request of our governments three letter intelligence agencies. They have super computers scanning the cloud 24/7 looking for anything they can use against you, I mean looking for a crime, LOL. Just as they scan 100% of all the social media sites they scan your personal private data. No warrant needed unless they intend to end up in court and that can easily be overcome by making up a totally different reason for a warrant so that no one will ever know that they read everything. Well, actually the computer reads everything and flags whatever they are interested in. But don't worry it's your government protecting you, right! And they would never fabricate a case against you just because they don't like you or what you say, right! Just ask Trump and Giuliani, and Steve Bannon and a couple other Trump associates. Don't worry, it's all good...

I don't worry. My desktops and laptops run Linux and the Network Attached Storage where all our files are kept has no connection to the outside world. And I don't go near Google.
