Maggie's Farm

I was once invited to dinner and then to a party afterwards. When we walked into the house where the party was there many people--the scene looked exactly as the picture you have posted. The problem of course was that it was a faculty party and almost all of the men were faculty members. The women were students, research assistants, etc. It was a more modern designed house in the Berkeley hills (yes, that Berkeley). When you walked through the front door you were standing on a raised platform. There were three steps down into the sunken living room, which was filled with cavorting naked/half-naked bodies. I stepped down the steps walked through the party and straight across to the sliding doors on the other side of the living room. Exited the party and found my way around the side of the house to the street where we had parked. My dated follow--he wasn't really that type! The year was 1973!
