Thwarting the will of the voters and interfering with democracy.

That's what happens when you break the law—allegedly. With regards to the Georgia indictment, there are a number of very substantial charges, including that Trump and his co-conspirators organized fake electors, harassed government officials, committed computer trespassing, and perjured.

The alleged conspiracy committed acts that would be illegal even if the conspirators believed Trump won. Their recourse under the law is to the courts. However, they had exhausted all of their appeals. Georgia certified their election results after a complete hand recount of every single ballot. That was the legal end of it.

OneGuy: And then using massive lawfare against those who point out that the election was stolen?

They can cry about the unfairness of it all, but they can't legally harass, perjure, or trespass on election computer systems.

By lying about it. See count 41, and acts 160 and 161. Conspirators are also accused of computer theft for taking information without authority, including voter data and proprietary software.

Anon: The first amendment gives you a right to speak even if it is a lie.

Everything we stated is accurate to the best of our knowledge. The First Amendment does protect many lies, but not all lies. Exceptions include perjury, fraud, and slander.

OneGuy: Ohio voters voted to make it easier to make state constitutional amendments. They voted for this specifically to allow pro-abortion laws to be passed.

You have that exactly backwards. The Ohio constitution has allowed citizen-led amendments with a 50% threshold for passage since 1912. The gerrymandered Republican legislature tried to change that to a 60% threshold in order to make it more difficult to pass an abortion rights measure that has majority support.
