Maggie's Farm

We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

They are attempting to 'stutter' their way to unaccountability, which is nothing new for the government institutions.
The case was brought by 3 doctors who allege the FDA unlawfully interfered with their practice of medicine.

I seem to remember activist pharmacists over-riding doctors prescriptions after they turned them in to the CDC and trying to get their medical licenses revoked, while the CDC meanwhile was plastering their social media sites with sarcastic lampoons of hicks prescribing 'horse dewormer' - later removed without comment.

I may be old, but I'm not 'Joe Biden' old. When I say 'seem to remember', it's really me, being too polite to say 'don't even think about it, douchebag'.

This might be the crime of the century. The J6 committee was obviously formed to damage Trump and MAGA Republicans. It was an illegal committee from the get go as Pelosi wouldn't allow the Republicans to put who they wanted on the committee. But now we find out that the J6 committee was so much more. It was a massive cover-up operation to destroy evidence of a false flag operation and to make sure that evidence was denied to all J6 prisoners and indictees. This was a massive anti-constitutional obstruction of justice so that the DC kangaroo courts and judges could administer a massive injustice to the opposition party. This should be before the Supremes right now, call them back from vacation this is a massive injustice and it should be fixed. Everyone convicted of J6 crimes should have the conviction tossed out and they should all be compensated for this state crimes against their rights. Every government official, lawyer and judge should be charged with conspiring and obstruction of justice. THIS is on the Supremes! I do expect that they will disappoint... again.

That is incorrect. The House authorization used standard language: "The Speaker shall appoint 13 Members to the Select Committee, 5 of whom shall be appointed after consultation with the minority leader." The minority leader was consulted. Some recommendations were accepted, some were rejected. The Speaker asked for alternatives from the minority leader, who refused to make any further recommendations. Consequently, the Speaker appointed replacements from the minority party.

Evidence used for conviction was provided in open court, with the accused having the right of appeal to a higher court.
