Maggie's FarmWe are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for. |

Comrade commissar Garland's DOJ has indicted Gal Luft so there is that.
An unregistered foreign agent is the charge. Allegedly affiliated with CCP. (honk!) I have a funny postcard of Freud the Barber asking so how is your mother. No Great Reset Leap Forward without the pandemic of cruelty and it will spread beyond the family. Pol Pot Pleasure Penthouse won't be open to those with dunce hats or deplorable kulak untermenschen. Keep those social credit scores up and don't get the ban hammer from Zuckerborg or your CBDC will go back to zero. Zuck threads are ratty and third rate imitation or the sincerest form of flattery. The video with Vivek and the distress woman (who was disruptive as a result of her distress) was very instructive. Vivek shows that he has more than academic knowledge as he allows the woman to speak and expend her distress profitably. Great compassion shown here.
QUOTE: Do you believe Gal Luft? Luft might be more credible if he hadn't skipped bail and gone on the lam. I don't know the truth about this. But the biggest thing in his favor is the zeal our corrupt DOJ has to silence him. This is how Russia and China deal with dissidents. Jail them or kill them.
OneGuy: But the biggest thing in his favor is the zeal our corrupt DOJ has to silence him.
Like all Americans, Luft has the right to a trial by jury. Juries act as a check on prosecutorial excesses. Skipping bail means Luft lied when he agreed to appear in court. Also, Luft was indicted before he went public with his accusations. OneGuy: This is how Russia and China deal with dissidents. Jail them or kill them. Neither Russia or China have independent judiciaries. An independent judiciary also acts as a check on prosecutorial excesses. "He's entitled to a Fair Trial, and then a decent burial, after the hanging," sez the Judge.
Remember the old days when you crossed the Clinton’s? They would just suicide you. Now that the Dems have the AG’s tightly wrapped around the Cause, the powers that be send you through the fair and independent judicial system. It’s much better this way comrade. It gives the allusion of legitimacy.

Biden DOJ indicts whistleblower Gal Luft, not Hunter Biden, for FARA violations.
Breitbart.com July 11 No mention of Pelosi son or Kerry son having FARA charges filed against them either.

Louis Miller: The government must present its evidence before a judge and jury who will make the decision. . . Multiple audits and court cases confirmed the integrity of the voting process.
Those are supportable positions. The former claim is based on the structure of the United States justice system and its long history with all its faults and foibles. We again ask for the evidentiary support concerning the strongest claim that the voting process was corrupt.

Aggie: "He's entitled to a Fair Trial, and then a decent burial, after the hanging," sez the Judge.
There's no evidence that Luft wouldn't get a fair trial. Juries sometimes get it wrong, but they are independent of the prosecutor. Who else should decide? B. Hammer: Remember the old days when you crossed the Clinton’s? They would just suicide you. Seriously? Pizzagate?! There's no evidence to support the conspiracy theory that the Clintons are serial murderers. B. Hammer: Now that the Dems have the AG’s tightly wrapped around the Cause, the powers that be send you through the fair and independent judicial system. While the U.S. judicial system is far from perfect, it is a far better system than most others. Rich, white, and powerful (e.g. Trump) have advantages, but it has always been so. Even if the prosecutor is committed to "the Cause," as you claim, the jury and judges are independent. I have a number of friends and colleagues with deep faith in the judicial system, and trust in a well-exercised set of rights to protect them. In the world of my youth, some 40+ years ago, I believe this belief was more credible. Living in Illinois, I see how both distortion of, and corruption within the legal system puts individuals and, obviously, whole communities at risk. I agree that Luft's choice to flee doesn't "look good." It colors his whole position for me. But that doesn't mean I believe he would have received fair treatment from within the judicial system.

It's hardly a perfect system, but it is better than a lawless society or a system without any protections for the accused. frankns: But that doesn't mean I believe he would have received fair treatment from within the judicial system. How so? The government must present its evidence before a judge and jury who will make the decision. While there have certainly been abuses in the past, particularly with regard to the poor and minorities, that doesn't suggest Luft won't be given a fair hearing. Regardless, you can't support the rule of law against Biden or whomever, without submitting to the law.

Sometimes a little event a minor choice is made or acknowledged and it has huge consequences. We just did that more or less quietly. We agreed with NATO members to protect Ukraine and to in the future bring Ukraine into NATO. At about the same time NATO announced/leaked that they have placed nuclear weapons on the ready. Essentially what this means is that it is "likely" not just possible but likely that in the near future nuclear weapons will be used in Europe. It is likely that these weapons will not just be used in Ukraine but will also be used in other European countries and possibly Russia.
President Trump has said that he could bring peace in Ukraine in 24 hours. I honestly believe him. Knowing how he works and the energy he brings to negotiations I have no doubt he could bring both leaders to the table and force a peaceful resolution. For some reason our leaders, Democrat and Republican, seemed intent on starting WW III and it will be nuclear. Once that genie is out of the bottle no one can predict where that will go or how it will end. THIS is the price to be paid by allowing a stolen election to be accepted. QUOTE: The National Republican Senatorial Committee is seeking to recruit established candidates over populists for Senate races in 2024, according to comments from GOP strategists and commentators to the Daily Caller News Foundation. Republicans failed to make expected Senate gains in 2022’s midterm elections after novice GOP candidates lost critical races. “[We must be] nominating candidates who can win … Senate seats are too important to throw away,” said Peter Roff, a conservative commentator. That's all well and fine, but you have to field candidates your hated base will vote for. https://dailycallernewsfoundation.org/2023/07/09/gop-is-leaning-into-moderate-experienced-senate-candidates-in-2024-to-avoid-another-failed-red-wave-experts-say/ We will never know how many Republican congressional seats were stolen in the Nov 2022 election. This is because the left has effectively labeled the belief that there was election fraud as a far right conspiracy theory with zero proof. You can see this almost everyday on TV where Republicans either running for office or supporting someone running for office will say upfront that they believe the election was fair and that the 2020 election was fair. The evidence is overwhelming that the elections were stolen and that officials in the various state and local elections boards contributed to this corruption in various ways.
Because our leaders choose to not investigate election corruption it was incredibly successful and it will continue and even become more common. This is by intent. When you see someone like Chris Christie go on TV and declare that there was no election fraud just understand that he knows that there was and he is covering it up, lying through his teeth. OneGuy: The evidence is overwhelming that the elections were stolen
Multiple audits and court cases confirmed the integrity of the voting process. Wrong on both claims.
Audits have uncovered numerous examples of fraud, almost embarrassing when exposed in open court and then nothing is done. In Arizona, just a couple of examples, the election board was required to send the entire file of ballots and count info to the parties and the court and they instead removed a large part of the data and didn't inform the court of this. They hid the data! Who does that? Simple answer; guilty people. In Arizona an individual in the election board physically destroyed ballots and evidence. His "helper" videoed it and caught the person admitting that what they were doing was illegal. Why would they destroy ballots and count data? Because they were guilty of election fraud. Again in Arizona: Almost 100% of the late mail in ballots in 2020 were for Biden AND the signatures were unverifiable and should have been discarded but were counted contrary to the law. In Pa. almost twice as many mail in ballots were received in the 2020 election than were mailed out to voters. This isn't some minor fraud this is unbelievable massive fraud. Almost all the court cases were actually cases were the court found a reason NOT to take the case and look at evidence. The documentary 2000 Mules actually found 40,000 mules and has video and cell phone evidence and offered to law enforcement and the courts and NO ONE in law enforcement or the courts even looked at it. That was by intent as part of the nation wide coverup by our legal justice system. Disgraceful! OneGuy: They hid the data!
Please provide evidentiary support for your strongest claim. The McConnell, Barr, Shumer, Pelosi, Wray, McCarthy, Bush, Uniparty demands that we acknowledge the fairness of elections. They will censor and punish those who do not kneel at the altar of fantasy. The media laps it up. They want no outsiders on the inside.
Kentucky man finds 700 Civil War coins worth millions buried on his rural farm

Wait for it... The have forced their MSM and social media to not report on it! That's it. It's all still happening but you would never know it if you were watching the news.
Well, that's progress, at least.
