We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.
A very big deal. The region has been suspected for two decades (maybe more? I am only peripheral to this), as have a couple of others, such as the anterior cingulate gyrus. It is showing more heritable every year. I am still frustrated that the prenatal effects of hormones activating some genetic expressions earlier or later is still second-tier on research, as I really think the big numbers are going to come from there.
Finding out what is broken isn't a treatment, but it is a hell of an advantage.

Funny, I was just watching a video about Sylvia Seegrist this morning. Hopefully a cure is found so that doesn't happen again.
