The trends are not statistically significant for such a short period, but shows that it is more likely to have warmed than not.

The signal from change in insolation is added to the underlying warming trend. When the signal is removed, the original trend remains.

You are correct. There was a second peak, but 2009 was the highest year for contributions. Note that contributions are often committed before the year they are received, and that the contributions decreased significantly during Clinton's term as Secretary of State, then increased again when she didn't hold office, then decreased again when she became a serious contender for president.

Previously, we linked to Charity Watch showing the Clinton Foundation is "top rated" with a 75% program percentage. The Foundation has substantial assets and is not "collapsed".

The evidence strongly argues against that position. The orbital cycles that cause changes in insolation would predict a slight cooling. The physics of the greenhouse effect predict significant warming.

The vast majority of climate scientists and scientists working in related fields recognize the fact of anthropogenic global warming. Indeed, the outstanding question isn't that the Earth is warming (it is), or that human activity is the primary cause of that warming, but the question of how much warming is to be expected and how that warming will affect regional climates.
