Good article on the Omicron variant. I think the informal word is that it less deadly but more transmissible, and I had not realised that is not even partially established yet. It's the impression people have from looking at the numbers.

I do like that the virologist admits the less than stellar effectiveness of the vaccine against Delta ... explaining how it evades its protections ... then talks about how unexpectedly different Omicron is than Delta ... so many mutations ... BUT, of course, closes the article with the urgent plea to vaccinate. LOL!

Instead of putting a dollar in the Salvation Army bucket, try putting in a little note telling them how much you appreciate their new direction. Considering their legacy mission with the down-trodden misfortunates in our society, it's really sad to see them taking a course bent on targeting, division, and shaming; the opposite of 'open arms'.

They should know that it's not enough to 'quietly withdraw' the offending manifesto. They need to remove these people from their organization, expose and publicly humiliate them just as they intended for the targeted ones, and re-state the objectives of their mission.

That's why it's not worth reading American Thinker. That's not what the research says. It's a guess by someone with letters after his name. Cost-benefit analysis is a good thing, but it is also easily abused according to the assumptions people make. AT is intentionally trying to make people panic.

Let me ask you flat out: you only want to hear bad things about vaccines. You want them not to work and will follow any cockamamie idea to show they don't. Why is that?

And libdis, single examples are not science, they are unreliable stories from people I can't trace.

As they contracted COVID even after having been infected, it means natural infection was not sufficient to provide complete immunity. That indicates that they have a poor immune response, or are losing it quickly.

Effective therapeutics for those with an aggressive immune response is probably the best answer at this point. Live your life, stop worrying and push back on vax mandates. Vexing should be a personal risk/reward decision.

I've been saying that for a year or more.
Before Trump was ousted those on the right told me that everyone should get vaccinated to protect the weak.
Now that the left has embraced vaccination mandates those very same people tell me that vaccines are poisons designed to kill everyone...

Meanwhile the leftists who were violently opposed to vaccination last year are now all in favour of it.

Now that F.J.Biden has reimplemented two of Trumps Wuhan Flu\immigration policies - travel bans from Africa and remain in Mexico - both of which he derided as racist, will he apologize and admit he was wrong? Admit Trump isn’t a racist? Can the completion of the border wall be next? Maybe Mexico should have similar policies: Remain in Honduras. Remain in Haiti. Remain in Afghanistan etc. etc. At least have a crucial conversation with Mexico, about their highway to America pass through Mexico system.

This virus is strikingly different from other viruses. I assume that is because this virus was weaponized in a Wuhan by the CCP with the intent of creating a killer virus. It is marginally successful and since it hasn't run it's course (and may never, it may simply be with us forever killing a few million people every year) we don't yet know how deadly it is.
The vaccine isn't working. The data isn't all in yet but it appears that the vaccine simply cannot prevent infection or reinfection or re:reinfection etc. It is claimed that the vaccine does prevent serious consequences from infection/reinfection but the proof is thin since vaccinated people are dying in all our hospitals even as we praise vaccine success.

But wait, it gets worse. This vaccine, itself not the covid, has killed more people than all the vaccines in history put together. why is that? Why are our government and media hiding that fact? Why in tyhe face of this do they double down and try to vaccinate more and more people? Why vaccinate children? Why, unless the deaths and chaos is the intended result???

Actually, it's just one of many coronaviruses. The possibility of a global pandemic was considered to not only be likely, but inevitable.

This virus was engineered to be very transmissible AND to mutate. It is very different from other viruses by design.

The vaccine simply does not work. "Working" means that you do not get infected with the virus again and especially not infected again and again.

There is sufficient evidence even though the pharmaceutical companies and the governments have hidden it. A recent study in England show 100 deaths from blood clots in a three month period from one specific vaccine. NOT all the deaths from blood clots, NOT all the deaths from blood clots even from this specific vaccine, and NOT counting the deaths from other vaccine induced trama. Estimates range from over 10,000 to 100,000 deaths worldwide. It could be dramatically higher but we don't know because our governments are intentionally hiding the data.

WHy is that? Regardless of your belief or doubt about the massive side effects why would 100% of democratic governments be hiding this from us? What are they afraid of? Knowing what they know why are they continuing to mandate the vaccine? What is their real agenda if it isn't to stop the virus??? Why do they pay bots like you to spread their lies and propaganda???

The study exposed the underlying problem, you should look it up it is really interesting. It seems that if the vaccine is inadvertently injected in a way that puts it into the blood stream and not just in the muscle that because the vaccine is based on the common cold virus your immune system attack it in the blood and the immune cells create a small cluster around the vaccine. THEN your red blood cells are attracted "like a magnet" to this small cluster making a clot which is then free to circulate until it creates a blockage. Interesting huh!! Who would have thought?

Tomorrow we will learn how the vaccine cause myocarditis.

I just learned that according to house rules a committee is required to have a ranking minority member in order to be able to subpoena someone. In other words they have no legal grounds to prosecute anyone who refuses the subpoena. This is going to be interesting.

While a committee may authorize the chair to issue subpoenas in consultation with the ranking minority member, a committee can always issue a subpoena by majority vote.
