We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.
Every college professor in this Era of Wokey-Dokey knows to give the burros Cs and Ds, carefully weighted so as to minimize any effect on one' "productive grade rate" (a bona fide performance measure). The overriding goal is to keep the dimwits out of any grad school program other than MBA. Are we releasing numbskulls into the wild? Of course, but only after we've shaken as much tuition money out of their pockets as possible.
Think Sussman will sing like a canary about the Russian collusion hoax? I think he will to save himself, but he'd better have hired really good personal security so he doesn't end up Epsteining himself.
“Threats against public servants are not only illegal, they run counter to our nation’s core values,” wrote Attorney General Garland. “Those who dedicate their time and energy to ensuring that our children receive a proper education in a safe environment deserve to be able to do their work without fear for their safety.”
And what of those that dedicate their time and energy to ensuring that our children receive no education at all but rather simple propaganda about how uniquely evil the United States is and how imperative it is that it be destroyed?
The largest healthcare provider in NY fired 1400 employees for failing to get the Vax. I noticed Arizona is hiring health care workers from other states and there are hiring bonuses as much as $15,000 (for nurses).
School board views protests as threats...nothing like the administrative state using the administrative state to protect its dysfunctional policies so that the propaganda can continue. Education funding needs to follow the student and not the institution in the same manner that food stamps follow the recipient and not Walmart or Kroger or any other shop.
I'm sure it's just a coincidence that illegal aliens are targeting Sen Sinema. One just happened to be in the airport and another just happened to be on her flight. Wait! How do illegal aliens afford or qualify to fly. I have to show a passport. Oh, never mind. I'm sure it's nothing. Anyway the odds of this happening three times in a row are huge so I'm sure it won't happen again...
If you are like me you have never seen a white supremacist and wonder what the left are talking about. There is an explanation that makes sense of it all. For decades the Democrat party has been moving left and becoming a party of special interests and POC. The Republicans basically became the party of those who didn’t consider themselves ONLY a special interest group or POC. So as the Democrats became more radicalized and the as Republicans became more main stream the Democrats needed someway to demonize Republicans. The simple answer was to declare all Republicans were racists and white supremacists and keep selling that message 24/7. And that’s how the pejorative “white supremacist” was created. There are no White Supremacist and haven’t been sine the Democrat’s KKK was eliminated.
This technique works because 45% of Americans consider themselves Democrats or sympathetic to the Democrat far left agenda and they are required to toe the line and gas light the rest of America with the White Supremacist lie. This how they diminished the power of the Tea Party and other groups on the right. This couldn’t happen with an honest MSM but the MSM hasn’t been honest since LBJ. This is how the Democrats intended to seize power and destroy the constitution.
Minnesota school no longer gives grades of ‘F’ because of ‘systemic racism’
Reminds me of my teaching a year at a middle school that was so bad, it no longer exists. The principal told us to pass people. A beginning teacher at a school with similar demographics gave failing grades to a third of his students the first marking period. That got their attention, and they improved markedly. With state tests scores to match.
Whereas the "pass everyone" narrative leads to students to correctly decide that "You can't make me do jack, and I'll still pass." Which shows that while students have been lazy, they weren't stupid. They knew what they could get away with.
