We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.
I suggest you ask them that question - and to help them answer, provide the Federal Register code that spells out the laws associated with racial discrimination..
I see the innuendo. This is directed towards employers who believe white women are more competent than women of color.
However, as an employer, I would shy away from such site. Should a hire be made from here, it could leave one open to a lawsuit on EEOC grounds. Or it could be some sort of scam.
It just sounds weird. Are they trying to speak in code, but don't know that third-graders can break this code? Is this a test of some sort? I think feeblemind is right about the scam possibility. This looks like it comes from another country.

I think this is a coded question all right-- job seeking sites make most of their money by providing "diversity" candidates to employers. They can't directly ask if the diversity in question is male/female or racial, though, since it's illegal to be explicit. So, they're instead trying to sound you out if a white woman is "diverse enough" for the job, or do you want a racial minority instead?
Yes, it's illegal-- immoral too. But totally prevalent these days. A small prediction though: I think that it may well be that this is the earliest signs that we've hit peak diversity. The reason I say this is, up until now, the primary beneficiaries of the diversity racket have been credentialed white women. These women were happy with what's going on, and they kept their (credentialed, white) men on side also, more or less; it was benefitting their wives/families, after all. But now that the overclass white women are no longer getting a boost from it, and instead are seeing themselves denied opportunities based on race like their men have been facing for lo these many years? We may be at a point where the main people doing the social policing on this will reverse course. So I hope anyway.
