Maggie's Farm

We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

The story is at least plausible and the two guys publishing it have appropriate credentials. We still don't know anything (and might not ever know for certain) but this is certainly a legit addition to the discussion. I can't see where either of them would have a serious stake in this outcome being necessary for their careers or business interests. I suppose there might be something that I can't discern underneath their financial interests, but it's not immediately obvious.

The key overall item is not that the Chinese lied about this, but that we believed them. "We" being an interesting term in this context.

I see a small but important problem with any such "race war": The US population is 12 percent African American, 64 percent white.

The next significant US demographic is Hispanic American at 16 percent and they seem unlikely to ally themselves with Blacks in any existential dispute. Even more so for the five percent Asian-American population.

So 12 percent against 85 percent. Not very good odds, I'd think.

I think you are overlooking the fact that some idiot whites will gladly help the blacks get rid of the rest of us white folk. Look at pictures of BLM causing trouble and many/majority are white liberals. It is the whites now in power that are pushing the downfall of the race. Do they not realize their own children will be greatly affected by allowing it to happen?

The solution to this problem is right in front of our face. Put female athletes in soldier costumes and they magically become physically equal to men.

Is there anyone in America that doesn't reflexively say, 'Our fighting men...and women', when talking about all-male Special Forces teams?
