My wife is Korean and she hates blacks because she knows who is attacking asiatics.

According to FBI statistics, for 2019, only about 15% of anti-Asian hate crimes were committed by blacks. Nearly half were committed by whites.

Data point: I was sitting in Wal-Mart just now, waiting for a prescription to be filled. So I got to do some people watching. Wal-Mart has a big "Masks Required" sign out front and a guard at the door to enforce that policy. I stopped and spoke with the nice lady and asked "What if I don't have a mask?" She told me, "We'll offer you one, but you don't have to wear it. We'll just let you in without one." Apparently people have caught on to that because I saw a number of maskless shoppers in the store today. That display of "civil disobedience" made me smile... (I was wearing a mask but had it pulled down so I could breathe properly.)

I saw several people w/o masks (likely took them off) inside of WalMart when I was living in midwest this past winter.

I suspect the numbers are higher now.

I moved back to East Coast, and people here are positively neurotic about wearing a mask.

"Are you growing any fractal broccoli? " You aren't calling it by it's real name, we call them space ships. Can only find it at Whole Foods in STL. The ones grown in Wisconsin taste better and nuttier but unfortunately very few in Missouri that I know have even seen it for sale. Would love to be able to grown it. Have only seen it called Romanesco broccoli.

I quickly skimmed that article. Have to wonder whether this is an actual spike in the numbers or are we just “noticing” it more now for whatever reason? If a real spike, why now?

Seems odd and maybe a little contrived to just be some natural spike in race-based “hate”. But I really have no idea.

I’m not saying there is or is not a real spike going on but there are several reasonable explanations for black on Asian crime.

For decades, blacks have been told that they can’t make it in a “white man’s world” so out of jealousy, they attack the group that does even better than whites in a “white man’s world” because their excuse is shown to be a lie.

Or...

Blacks have recently been elevated to a special class (black lives matter - more, people are told to be less white, many black crimes are being excused because “it’s understandable”) so some of them may believe they have license to attack those who are different (and more successful).

The dirty secret is that many blacks are more than the white supremacists the claim to see everywhere. Those blacks don’t really get along with anyone. Not Hispanics, whites, or Asians.

Just because you're clueless doesn't mean you can't be ruthlessly ambitious and determined to accumulate political power, whatever the cost of the ridicule. She's as cynical as Hillary, without the testosterone.

I believe Warren's problem was with black people, like Sanders there. And black people tend to poll as middle of the democrat road.

Even when posturing from the middle, Warren reminds everyone of that school teacher with the screechy voice. Remember the the efforts HRC made to slow down her speech so as to make her vocals more appealing.

Having watched the Democrats/Marxists destroy religion, education, elections, journalism, and families. I think maybe it might be reasonable to make this projection. Bear with me a moment please.
China is our largest enemy. China is a nation almost entirely of people with the same "skin color". Yes, I understand that in the past there were a few distinct cultural groups, but the importance of those has been eliminated in the recent years. My point being that most of China is the same color.
Question: does critical race theory and all the other actions taken to divide us by race: actions intended to perhaps weaken the ability of tomorrow's children to attack anyone of different color? How will tomorrow's military feel about responding to China?

If the lockdowns, distancing and face masks end, Fauci loses his power, and perhaps more importantly, the limelight.

I would speculate that becoming a has-been and returning to obscurity is a move Fauci would like to delay as long as possible.

Michelle Obama Fears Daughters, Who Have Secret Service Protection, Will Be Shot by Cops

I very much doubt that Michelle has looked at the Mapping Police Violence website, which hardly has a pro-police bias, given that the headline at the top of its website : Police have killed 352 people in 2021.
As has already been noted, it is rather unlikely that police would shoot individuals with Secret Service protection.

For sake of argument, let's assume that the Obama daughters are without Secret Service protection. It's a safe assumption that Barack and Michelle would NOT want their daughters to walk around with firearms. Therefore, let's look at how many unarmed black females get killed by police. From 2013-2020, a span of eight years, police killed a grand total of 24 unarmed black females, an average of three per year.

That's not even the proverbial "one in a million." The statistics inform us that the Obama daughters have little or no reason to be afraid of cops shooting them. As such, our ex-FLOTUS is talking nonsense. Is our ex-FLOTUS ignorant, or deliberately lying? I vote for ignorant.
