Re China--In the last couple of months, every one of our allies (except Canada, Norway, and UK) has signed trade or investment treaties that further integrate their economies into China's. These treaties exclude the US. These are the greatest diplomatic defeats every suffered by the US. Decoupling and the QUAD are bad jokes. Our allies are choosing a new friend.

Democrats Plan To Give People $3,000 Per Child.

Where will they get the money from? I suspect $3000 per child will buy a lot of drugs and ruin a lot of lives. Will illegal aliens get this money too? Will people with full time jobs be exempted from these payments?

One wonders how the peasants will react to having their protein sources taxed so egregiously? Will they clamor for bugs to eat? Will there be a British version of the French yellow vest protests? Or with traditional 'stiff upper lip', will they just knuckle under and pay the tax?

How much more in taxes can be extracted from the Little People?

Biden agenda: It's not enough for them to Kill the American Dream by any means necessary, or Make America Suck Again by bringing back the Obama years, or to sell out Working Americans to China, or accelerate the transfer of wealth from working America to the global corporatists by the sneakiest means possible, or concentrating the wealth into fewer and fewer hands, or shuffling more and more power into the unaccountable and irresponsible hands of bureaucrats and supranational organizations.
No, they have to be predators too. How else to explain their avidness to cheerlead migration during covid, while knowingly and simultaneously killing the America dream, while deliberately increasing the cost of living, and while knowing that large sectors of the economy are shut down, like hospitality, and may not be coming back any time soon. " Killing the Classics" I've said it before and I'll say it again. I was required to read The Classics 50 years ago and I hated it at the time. I was a slow reader. After all these years I have come to realize that they taught me so much about life and the people that came before me. A few I still think are worthless but some touch me through and through. A friend's daughter is an English teacher at a private high school. Once during a discussion she said she doesn't make the kids read the classics because they have no connection to them. Her choice for her students probably didn't teach them anything about life and it's lessons, just entertainment. Of course she is a leftist.

We are a year into this. Who didn't know that SARS-CoV-2 was going to be around from now own? Once it got out of China, it was out. It is a mild virus for most so not something you can isolate through tracing. SARS-Cov-1 was mostly killed because it didn't spread until days after distinctive symptoms. MERS is still active because the only way to kill it is to kill all the camels in the Middle East, but is containable by symptoms before spreading.

SARS-CoV-2 is showing seasonal features as it has started waning already just like seasonal flu. By next flu season, more people will have immunity from exposure or hopefully the vaccine foe the older, vulnerable who have bad outcomes.

How are so many still so delusional about this virus?
