Maggie's FarmWe are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for. |

No, The Video From Georgia Doesn’t Show Voter Fraud
Well, I'm glad that's cleared up now. The suspects denied doing anything wrong and that's proof of no wrong-doing as far as the fact-checkers over at Lead Stories are concerned. And they made their bones at CNN so you know they can be trusted to tell you the truth. I just wish they had extended that same courtesy to Trump when he denied doing anything wrong. I downloaded the vote count time series for Georgia and plotted it up. Trump was steadily increasing his lead over Biden until 1:32 am when suddenly an extra 136 thousand votes were added to Biden’s vote count. It halved Trump’s lead in one go. The rest of the evening Biden slowly gained on Trump until he finally got the lead, just barely. A slow gain is easier to cover up and harder to detect.
The women left the vote counting room at 1 am. The lawyer presenting the surveillance video estimated that they could have counted 18 thousand votes while unwatched. That’s a good chunk of votes but still needs 118 thousand votes to get the full 136 thousand dumped at 1:32 am. There must have been shenanigans elsewhere as well. Those “fact checkers” are hoping that no one will actually watch the video and believe their lying eyes. As for me, it’s 100% fraud and a stolen election. That is good news that the video doesn't show anything wrong in the ballot counting. Can we just get these people together in a hearing under oath to get this all on the record? You know, just to satisfy everyone that all bases are covered. Get Republican lawmakers and lawyers in there to ask these witnesses questions under oath just to be sure. You know what I mean? Everything above board and under oath under penalty of jail time if they lie and ask all the right questions. I'm sure nothing wrong happened I just want to hear it first hand.
All of these thrilling detective whodunit stories about sleight-of-hand ballot-switching, about trucks full of ballots, about secret counts and re-counts of the same ballots in the dead of night, etc. etc.
All of these are 'He said, She said' and un-proveable. See what all those affidavits are getting? They are getting nothing. This is what is called 'disinformation'. Gas-lighting naturally follows. It is a strategy to wear you out. The proper question is much simpler: Why aren't we following our own state procedures for vote-tallying? Why aren't bi-partisan representatives in the room inspecting ballots in the agreed way? Why won't you allow us to inspect the signatures on the absentee ballots and compare them to known signatures of records? These are the three questions that demand an answer that the Democrat pols cannot supply truthfully. These are the questions they are being allowed to avoid addressing. Everything else is deflection to confuse the story and avoid having to answer. It will continue until it's too late to do anything. Thanks for playing, don't forget to tip your Party. As a New Englander who has spent the last fifteen years living in Fulton County I would request that you remember that the Deep South is in many ways still a developing country. Cultural institutional and behavioral norms here are different from that in the northeast United States.
For example: The Atlanta schools cheating scandal which lasted for 12 years. Groups of educators would gather on Saturday afternoons and hold erasure parties or they would get together in groups and spent hours erasing wrong answers on students exams and filling in the correct ones. https://www.wsbtv.com/news/crct-report-answers-changed-at-erasure-parties/241685923/ In terms of electoral fraud Fulton county has lots of experience with that too. In the 2009 and 2017 Atlanta mayoral elections, The losing candidate won the runoff by exactly 700 votes. Both times. Nothing fishy there! The surprising thing wouldn’t be if people in Fulton County had engaged in major election fraud, the surprising thing would be if they were held accountable for it. The fraud wasn't just in Georgia....
At this point, I plan to treat the Biden/Harris ( = Harris/???) administration with all the respect that the Left showed Trump for the past four years. The only way that social media platforms can censor is by doing the equivalent of eavesdropping or wire tapping. This should be illegal for them to monitor private conversations. We wouldn't stand for it with our phones, why should we allow it with social media platforms
Trump could have reined in his Twitter attacks, surrounded himself with truth-tellers rather than sycophants, and reached out to other voters. He didn't. That's why he lost.
Agree with the headline but not the rest of the the linked article. Reason spent four years tearing down the most libertarian president since Silent Cal. Let them stew in the in a new corrupt, fascist Biden presidency. re Trump Has Only Himself To Blame for Losing the Election.
The left wing rehabilitation of Trump begins. "If only he had done 'fill-in-the-blank', he would have been okay." I saw this with Nixon. I saw it after Bob Dole's presidential run as well. The truth is the Democratic Party/Media Complex, Deep State, tech oligarchs and Never Trumpers hated Trump from Day 1, and there was nothing he could ever do to please those people. And it turns out they wield more power than the little people. The Real Fascist Threat Was Never Trump – It's Corporate Power: Dems will do anything for money.
The People's Cube: Gets it RIGHT. Blue State, Red Tape: California is shooting itself in the feet, and now shooting itself higher up. I am SOOOOOOOOO not bummed. Trump Has Only Himself To Blame for Losing the Election. Trump could have reined in his Twitter attacks, surrounded himself with truth-tellers rather than sycophants, and reached out to other voters. He didn't. That's why he lost. Soooo, you're letting the Dems off the hook, completely, eh????? Why Do Progressives Support the Unfettered Use of Private Property? Because they're mean bastards. And they hate us. Question for ABC: Are you reporting Good Morning America as an in-kind campaign donation to Dems? Now, that's a silly question! Of course it isn't! "Trump has only himself to blame"
I'm sure all of the people who give Trump advice have his best interests at heart. Trump has been spectacularly successful with his techniques that the pundits warn him aren't working, but I'm sure they only want him to be even more successful. Yeah, right! It has actually been a breathe of fresh air to have a administration where everything they did they did publicly. We still don't know all of the things that Obama did and he almost never had a press conference or spoke to the people. Trump surrounded himself with sycophants...
That’s an amazing analysis! Would anyone call Bill Barr, Gina Haspel, Christopher Wray, John Bolton, and Mark Esper (to name a few) sycophants? That article is yet another reason I’m so glad I quit getting Reason magazine. That church in Waits River VT is very picturesque. This is the location:

Considering the sheer volume of evidence of obvious and massive voter fraud I will give even odds that the Supreme Court will overturn one or more of the five states where the fraud was most egregious. I think that all of the constitutional remedies to these frauds are in play. Possibly requiring a new election, having the state legislature pick the electors for the electoral college. However I give 5:1 odds that the Supreme Court will not provide a remedy for all five of the states and in the end it won't change the results.
So, why does it matter, you ask? Well it matters for this reason. Once massive voter fraud is "proven" as defined by the courts deciding it did indeed happen, that fact confirms most American's worst fears. Second, by the courts recognizing that massive voter fraud stole the election from Americans and then NOT fixing it that act confirms the rest of Americans worst fears. That is we have become Venezuela and we all know it and our leaders/judges have capitulated on YOUR behalf. Now it is up to you (citizens) to put up or shut up... Now that special interest groups have come forward demanding that their group get the vaccine first using the usual claims of discrimination and sad stories to justify it. How do you feel about the intent of the Democrats to open the borders and give free health care to all the illegals that can get here? Do you suspect that in a few years as medical care begins to be rationed that special interest groups will demand that illegals and POC get health care before everyone else? This would have been a silly question 6 months ago because we all know that the U.S. is dedicated to equality LOL. But now that you have watched them do exactly what we never thought they would what do you think now?
Imagine the scenario where you are working two jobs and paying ever increasing taxes to support all the free stuff for those who don't work that your child or spouse becomes ill and you take them to your doctor or the hospital and you are told that we can't get you in for 2-12 months because we have so many patients and the POC and illegals get priority. Think about that for awhile. I guess we will just ignore the affidavits, submitted under oath, that dispute the claim that everything in Georgia was hunky dory.
After all, the accused dispute those and the video evidence, and the feckless Secretary of State of Georgia believes them. Regards trump has only self to blame.
Read your link on Tony Hsieh: surrounded himself with sycophants. Yes. Covid was here in 2019. A good friend of mine caught it last November. Heart damage. Liver damage. The works.
Lucky it didn't kill her. As usual, when Democrats lose they only blame Republicans. When Republicans lose they only blame Republicans. Evil Party & Stupid Party.
I used to get annoyed when the Z man played the honking noise when citing "Reason" magazine.
Obviously, he's right to so. Just another outpost of blithering idiocy at this point. |
