Maggie's FarmWe are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for. |

THE LEFT’S CLASS WAR ON THE WORKING CLASS
At the end of this report on a shutdown protest in Knoxville, TN Reynolds links to a liberal (interview with Batya Ungar- Sargon, opinion editor at the Forward) who seems to get the intersection between the shutdowns and the New Class running the Democrat Party. Re: The Class War on the Working Class
"What’s the trendy left idea right now that the Biden Administration is thinking about? Forgiving student loan debt. And will this help the working class and lower middle class?" This short article is full of invalid assumptions. First, the author asks us to assume that there are legitimate student loans outstanding, therefore if the students don't pay back the money, than the taxpayers must do so. What a load of malarkey. This just shows what a bunch of underhanded conmen run Washington D.C. The taxpayers didn't lend huge amounts of money to terrible credit risks. That risk/reward decision was made by the banks. You could say the the "taxpayer" guaranteed those loans, but that's not true. There was never a ballot measure, or a vote. The taxpayer is not responsible for student loans, government pensions, union pensions, military pensions, or any pensions. Pensions have never been publicly discussed, or submitted as a spending bill, or placed on a ballot. The American taxpayers don't owe one thin dime to anybody. Payroll taxes on the working class should be zero. Ummmmm Just because you wish the taxpayer was not on the line for student loans does not in fact mean that taxpayers are not on the line for student loans. The ONLY reason banks lend to gender studies majors is because the loans, non dischargeable in bankruptcy, are in fact guaranteed by the USG. It’s an incredibly inefficient system but the pols get votes, the banks make money and the Uni’s can keep adding $400K per year Deans for Diversity. Everyone’s on a pad.
Best reason to end the student loan fiasco is that the universities have admitted they are racist and sexist and that is in violation of the Title's laws. Let the universities and professors guarantee student loans
Sorry, banks don't really have anything to do with it - at least not since 2010 when the feds took over all student loans (this was a rider on an amendment to the "pass it so we can find out what's in it" Affordable Care Act).
Since that time, the US government no longer subsidizes student loans from private lenders, it just loans money directly to students instead. What's going to happen to the shutdown ideology when people start to think it through for themselves? The more people that get it, the more people that already had it. It's quarter-to-half the population already who are immune but being instructed to shut their lives down.
What happens when people start to think about being stuck at home with their kids, when every study says its more harmful than beneficial from every perspective? What happens when they start to question why rules are being made at high expense to them, rather than focusing all of the Public Health resources on people who are at high risk? My informal public observations tell me they already understand. Get your antibody test today and carry the certificate with you as a reminder. You may find that you have already had it, in which case: Why are you being told to cower at home? Corey Booker is Introducing South African Style Land Confiscation Bill to Give Land To “Black Farmers”
QUOTE: The Justice for Black Farmers Act will enact policies to end discrimination within the USDA, protect remaining Black farmers from losing their land, provide land grants to create a new generation of Black farmers and restore the land base that has been lost, and implement systemic reforms to help family farmers across the United States. https://www.booker.senate.gov/news/press/-booker-warren-gillibrand-announce-comprehensive-bill-to-address-the-history-of-discrimination-in-federal-agricultural-policy QUOTE: According to the bill’s language, the Under Secretary’s office would be appointed by the President and would be allowed to “(1) purchase from willing sellers, at a price not greater than fair market value, available agricultural land in the United States; and (2) subject to section 205, convey grants of that land to eligible Black individuals at no cost to the eligible Black individuals.” https://theredelephants.com/corey-booker-is-introducing-south-african-style-land-confiscation-bill-to-dispossess-whites-and-give-million-acres-in-land-to-black-farmers/ This looks blatantly unconstitutional . . . but if we have a packed court . . . Even if the reader is okay with this, I shudder to think what this could metastasize into. Surprised the bill stops with farmland. Why not include single family homes and small businesses? One also wonders how "fair market value" and "willing sellers" would be defined? One wonders what the "black farmers" receiving the ground will do with it? Can they immediately sell it back to white farmers and pocket the money? The democrats already ran this scam under the supervision of the secretary of agriculture under, I believe, the Obama administration when any and all blacks could sue for loan discrimination from the USDA loan programs. No need to prove you were discriminated against or were even farming...tending your garden was good enough. Money, raining down from the heavens.
Re: Top 10 inbound and outbound states.
We have a problem. Those outbounders tend to vote the same way they did when they left the failing States. RE: War on the Working Class
I don't think that, if there is a war, that it comes from the top. I think the powers that be are indifferent to the fate of working people, except as lame consumers. This election is just confirmation that Middle America has lost it's clout. The economic numbers, in the article, are in sync with that reality. Of course, it's the top who benefitted from the export of American jobs, while pretending that it was a win, win for everyone. Maybe a few of them even believed it. As for the pimps and shills in media, academia, the bureaucracy, and the political class (ie the Uniparty); that's another story. They have been demeaning and stereotyping working America for the last 12 years. What they get out of it, I don't know. They gleefully denigrated and demonized the Middle while stiffing the people whose only crime is being unwilling to give up their heritage and rights, as well as their increasing alarm over their own livelihoods and the future standard of living for their children. I guess America's Middle is just not down with their children being leveled to stoop and grunt labor. The Dems offer the cargo cult solution: handouts, subsidies, fake make work jobs that do not grow the pie. If we give you the accoutrements of the Middle class, you will be the Middle Class. Sheesh. What is the economic rationale of a college education without worthwhile jobs. OTOH, Republicans imagine everyone in the middle will become entrepreneurs, cattle trading speculators in the future's market, join the military or ricochet between amazing dead end temp service jobs. If there were a war on the working class what would be different???
Do you think the Globalist corporate caste, for the lack of a better descriptor, set out to destroy the Working Middle or is it an unintended consequence of the post Industrial/Global economy? I think they believe they are being realistic and that the Middle is an anachronism, aka redundant.
A lot of the undermining of Middle American jobs is driven by digital technology and instant communication. I'm not against technology, we know there are trade offs. Outsourcing would not be fast, easy, and cheap if it were not for RFID, GPS, those fantastic container ships, distribution robots, the internet, POS software, tracking software, bar coding and bar code readers....... and coming soon cheap robotics with AI. This all contributes to the polarization of wages. Granted that the Corporatists went off shore to dodge fair labor practices and environmental law, but also to tap into the Chinese consumer market.
I do think it is intentional. Americans have been traditionally unwilling to accept tyranny and that is what the elite are offering. The game plan is to dilute and replace the Americans of European descent with more 'malleable' voters who will support the revolution. To do this they must have mass immigration AND division. We are seeing both.
Division can best be accomplished couched as kind of a social justice good news story closely coupled with charging the white males with bad intentions. That is a constant drum beat of government largess to select minorities with constant smackdown of white males. Don't you feel it? Constantly breaking down barriers; first black president, first female vice president, 5th female appointed to SCOTUS, OOPS, she was the wrong choice guilty of wrong think, scratch that one, put her in her place. If you are a mediocre student but a woman or POC college is free, our colleges are flooded with mediocre females and POC while the number of white males drops every year. Then those upstart Asians horned in the the "grievance to free stuff" racket and they had to be knocked down a notch or two. Worse! They made the minorities (I mean the other minorities) seem a little slow or stupid, can't have that now can we? The game is fixed. Stay in your place as we replace Americans with immigrant voters and rent seekers and turn our minorities into the Neo-KKK. What could go wrong? Take a knee you racist bastard. Understood. I was writing more about offshoring and the export of American jobs to the third world. In the 80s and 90s, I think the first corporations, who took manufacturing off shore, were just cutting corners and getting away from having to grease the wheels for any project they wanted to build, plus obviously that was the price of entry into the Chinese market. As a consequence they gave away billions of dollars worth of American manufacturing and organization "know how" and intellectual property. Initially, I don't think they set out to undermine Middle America or even contemplated the long term consequences for American labor. Of course, there is no question they've been the beneficiaries ever since, at the expense of everyone else. As this escalated after 2000, we've also seen small companies gobbled up by multinationals and the concentration of wealth into fewer and fewer hands. The economies of scale coupled with the high capital investment are mind boggling which effectively erects barriers to competition.

Where is John Durham? Is it time to send out a search party yet? This is what those crazy right wing conspiracy theorists were saying a year ago; that Durham's job was to delay, cover up and finally to disappear forever. Seriously, did you ever actually think these Obama era criminals would see any justice?
So what's next? I have a crazy right wing conspiracy theory for you. The AG of SDNY will file charges on Trump and each of his kids and prominent people in his administration on the 21st of January. The Borg won and now the Borg will absorb those who resisted. My advice to Trump it is almost too late but get the papers, evidence and secrets about what happened and release them. Do it yourself, there is no one left in your administration you can trust. Get a special prosecutor appointed to investigate the coup and the previous administration. The clock is ticking... Trump lost!
Let's be clear. Trump probably won the vote by a landslide but he lost the count. The criminals won. What we are now going to see is a huge disinformation campaign to convince the public that there was little to no voter fraud and all of these stories were wild conspiracy theories. Each of the witnesses to these frauds who had the guts to speak out will be threatened, persecuted and punished and it will be done in the dark and the media will not report on it. Each of the blogs and websites who spoke out on the fraud will be deplatformed. Any reporters and talking heads who spoke the truth about what happened will be fired, black listed and someone close to them will tell them to shut up. After the Tiananmen Square protests China rounded up 15,000 protestors and disappeared them. That might be more difficult to do in our country but the left will disappear the Trump supporters socially and economically. Where is YOUR parachute? And are we to believe that judges and their families are immune from similar threats?
The media requires Republicans follow the Marquess of Queensberry Rules in all election matters. Even while the Democrats and their allies proudly proclaim to great praise "We will do anything to win!" The fight is then followed by the ringside officials shouting "There is absolutely no evidence of rigging! And this was the most secure fight in US History!" The outcome of such a fight is unsurprising. Coming soon to America:
"Mamadou Ba, head of the Portuguese “anti-hate” group SOS Racismo, spoke of the need to “kill the white man” at a recent online conference on “hate speech”. https://www.breitbart.com/europe/2020/11/24/euro-anti-hate-group-boss-discussed-necessity-of-killing-whites/ Are you beginning to understand what the elite have in store for you yet? I would take Reverend Al's warning seriously - if there's anybody that knows about racial hoaxes it's Al Sharpton.
Joe Biden's Plan to End Gun Violence
QUOTE: Hold gun manufacturers accountable. In 2005, then-Senator Biden voted against the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, but gun manufacturers successfully lobbied Congress to secure its passage. This law protects these manufacturers from being held civilly liable for their products – a protection granted to no other industry. Biden will prioritize repealing this protection. As president, Biden will: Ban the manufacture and sale of assault weapons and high-capacity magazines. Reinstate the Obama-Biden policy to keep guns out of the hands of certain people unable to manage their affairs Biden will enact legislation prohibiting an individual “who has been convicted of a misdemeanor hate crime, or received an enhanced sentence for a misdemeanor because of hate or bias in its commission” from purchasing or possessing a firearm. End the online sale of firearms and ammunitions. Create an effective program to ensure individuals who become prohibited from possessing firearms relinquish their weapons. Incentivize state “extreme risk” laws. Extreme risk laws, also called “red flag” laws, enable family members or law enforcement officials to temporarily remove an individual’s access to firearms when that individual is in crisis and poses a danger to themselves or others. Biden will incentivize the adoption of these laws by giving states funds to implement them. Give states incentives to set up gun licensing programs. Put America on the path to ensuring that 100% of firearms sold in America are smart guns. Today, we have the technology to allow only authorized users to fire a gun. For example, existing smart gun technology requires a fingerprint match before use. Biden believes we should work to eventually require that 100% of firearms sold in the U.S. are smart guns. Hold adults accountable for giving minors access to firearms. Biden supports legislation holding adults criminally and civilly liable for directly or negligently giving a minor access to a firearm, regardless of whether the minor actually gains possession of the firearm. Require gun owners to safely store their weapons. Empower law enforcement to effectively enforce our gun laws. Biden will stop the proliferation of these so-called “ghost guns” by passing legislation requiring that purchasers of gun kits or 3D printing code pass a federal background check. Reform, fund, and empower the U.S. Justice Department to enforce our gun laws. Biden will direct his Attorney General to deliver to him within his first 100 days a set of recommendations for restructuring the ATF and related Justice Department agencies to most effectively enforce our gun laws. Biden will then work to secure sufficient funds for the Justice Department to effectively enforce our existing gun laws, increase the frequency of inspections of firearms dealers, and repeal riders that get in the way of that work. Is Gavin a big risk taker willing to infect himself, his family and his friends? Does he know the M&M are poisoned yet still grabs a handful to pop and share? Is he and everyone he knows is on a prophylactic does of Hydroxychloroquine? My guess is that Gavin (and Nancy P and Diane F) know things they aren't sharing with all the little people. For those interested - here's the WHO Flu tracker. You MIGHT find it interesting to check the US's Flu numbers.
After March, they're non-existent. https://apps.who.int/flumart/Default?ReportNo=1 The elites are definitely at war with the working class. They want to import, tariff free, anything they pedal to consumers as there are few labor or environmental laws to abide by in Asia. Then they turn around a want no enforcement of immigration laws in order to drive down worker wages. More work visas please. And dump the imported worker social costs onto the local taxpayer. We have a hogs at the trough problem and wonder why the middle class is disappearing and we are headed for serfdom. The deep state and the deep church WANT serfdom.
There aren't going to be enough COVID vaccine doses to go around at first, so I heartily endorse Al Sharpton and all his followers avoid getting it.
Al Sharpton's hogging the limelight right now with his homeopathic WuFlu vaccine==Tuskegee Experiments bullshit, but watch to see who elbows his way to the head of the line when the vaccines become available. If Big Al ain't in the first 100 jabbed, it'll be "white privilege vaccine" 24/7 on TV, cable, the web, and every house organ in America.
I, for one, will treat the vaccines like a sui generis software product: never, ever buy Version 1.0. Instead, let the Sharptonian hustlers and 0.1%-ers get theirs first, good and hard, as the vanguard of the Phase IV clinical trials (that's the icky side-effects part). Don't think its just the jobs that you will miss. Chinese industries evidently don't believe in quality control and can't be forced to comply - in toothpaste, dog food or blood pressure medicine. It is obviously more important to sell your companies' technology in pursuit of more customers, some of whom will pass away from the regrettable necessity of cheaply producing stuff. Currently we keep order thru lawsuits - but I am sure our betters can take care of that by lavishly funding lawmakers and making sure that they get the good stuff.
