Such creative and promiscuous use of the word 'justice' these days, applied to describe remedies and situations that are patently against the law, benefiting the screaming mobs at the expense of the law-abiding.

One can dream up a desire for any thing that somebody else can provide, slap the word 'justice' on it, and then lay claim with no further responsibilities. You don't even have to show gratitude while you're taking it - in fact, arrogant dismissal completes the transaction, maybe with a little gratuitous mob violence and property destuction. 'Justice'

I'm certainly no expert but I've been told that riots and civil unrest are almost always not covered by commercial insurance because there is no way to predict their frequency for actuarial purposes, and the destruction is usually pretty catastrophic. The premiums would be cost-prohibitive.
