With respect to the McCloskey home-defense case, I find it interesting that they were able to secure a search warrant to seize their weapon without revealing a probable cause. One of the 'mostly-peaceful protesters' must've filed a complaint - maybe not the one who broke down the locked iron gate, or the one who clacked his loaded magazines together and said 'you're next', or the one waving his own assault rifle around.

Let us all remember to spread the word that the St. Louis Circuit Attorney, Kimberly Gardner, was elected in 2016 with no prior experience, with campaign funding supplied by the Soros foundation, similar to other leftist prosecutors across the US. Similarly, remember that these are the prosecutors that are letting convicted felons out of jail, many of whom are promptly committing fresh violent crimes.

Finally, Gardner is the same prosecutor who stitched together phony testimony from a corrupt investigator and witness to prosecute and run a duly-elected Republican Governor out of office in Missouri. The prosecution fell apart and was dismissed for prosecutorial misconduct, and possible criminal conduct. As far as I can tell, she is presently under investigation for this crime. Her office has had over 100% turnover since she took it.

I trust the McCloskeys will get their gun back.
