We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.
With his voice he should stick to writing books. I don't see how you can stand to listen to it. He could be telling me the ultimate answer to life, the universe, and everything and I still couldn't make it to the end. It makes the accent featured in the barrister's post sound pleasant.
His voice bugged me a lot when I first started listening and I almost gave up on it, but I got used to it. I also think he has a better sound setup now and his delivery sounds more relaxed and confident too.
Anyway the content rules and is very valuable to us as individuals and to society and culture at large. He is a master at getting people to see things in a new way using soft persuasion rather than hitting you over the head with it — can we think of any popular movements in the news right now that could adjust their tactics accordingly? He’s also being red-pilled in real time and that process has been fun to listen to.
