Regarding Baltimore: Maybe with all of the suspension of laws and bureaucracy it is time to implement Stop and Frisk. It saves lives. It was credited with saving thousands of lives in NY City before the ACLU forced them to stop. After all if we can shut bars and restaurants to prevent people from gathering (which is constitutionally protected) why not stop and frisk to save lives?

I am not surprised at the yearly call for more guest workers because one crop or industry wants cheap labor quickly and is willing to paint a grim picture. Steve Sailer has kept track of these for decades, and they are all the same: "Crops rotting in the field! Children will be hungry and you don't care! Now, now, now, we need more immigration!" It's a ruse, and a predictable one.

Richard Epstein is probably the smartest person I have ever met. However, unless he has paid attention to what happened in China, he has no clue what he is talking about and is causing harm by irresponsible statements. The same deadly situation appears to be going on in Italy but it seems coverage from Italy is heavily censored, I assume to keep Americans from panicking more. The death rate in Italy appears now to be rising, it is up to 8.3% (at one point it had dropped from 10% to somewhere in the sixes). Seems like they are starting to lose the battle, losing control of it is the real problem and a lot of people will die. This is a very bad situation, very questionable whether the U.S. will be up to this once it really hits.

Stay home, do not go out, do not travel, be extremely careful washing your hands and touching things, stay at least 6 feet away from others, wear a mask if you have one, N95 is the best but any mask is better than none. I basically now am wearing cloth masks I got when in Vietnam and regularly washing them after I wear them.

This is a panic person spewing out nonsense.

The death rate for working age healthy adults is consistent at .1%, even in Italy,. The high death rate in Italy is almost all seniors, compounded by multigenerational households.

The question is if the cure is worth tens of millions losing their livelihood and the resulting despair, suicides and deaths from alcoholism and opioids from people loosing everything. More people will die from this global shutdown than this illness causes, but the panic people don’t care.

Men's bodies are 62% water. Women's bodies are 52% water. As a result, the neurons in a man's brain will transmit more effectively than a woman. There's nothing that can can be done about that. It's an innate difference. Men will always be smarter. But if it really bothers you, there is a treatment. Eat brains everyday. You will grow new neurons faster.
